Any other program I can use as an alternative?

Anyone know if PKHeX has the ability to import musicals to the save, I believe it is a (pms) format. I have seen that Pokestock can do so but I cannot find the option within the program itself. Any help would be appreciated.

Was trying to make my own tournament but every time I fight one of the filler trainers the game says an "error has occurred" I have tried changing the Pokemon date source from pwt to ROM to ROM 2 nothing changes. I do apologise if this is a noobish question I am new to this. ^^"

Hmm I doubt that. He's been able to do it for this long so im sure he knows what he's doing.
