i would like to know that also. i searched for shops that use paypal but none i found do. i thought about getting one from here http://www.mod-chip.com/en/nintendo/3ds/167/sky3ds-flashcard-/-jailbreak-for-nintendo-3ds since they have a nice tutorial on how to use it. is there a way to run modified roms through homebrew like that ninjahax ?
