  1. Getting the same error right now and, judging it's past 3am in Japan, I believe their server must be down to maintenance or something.
  2. You might try getting another USB cable. Or before spending your money, try re-installing the software itself, since it installs every necessary file so your OS would recognize the card reader.
  3. I am also interested to see if it is possible. As the OP might have noticed, whenever Navidex is altered through PKHeX, it immediately revert back to its original value, so, unless I am missing something here, it is not possible to give a search level 999 for any Pokémon you wish. : p
  4. @Kaphotics Thank you for the update. In the next release, will it be possible to edit and properly save the number of "Battled Pokémon" (of each entry) in the Pokedex editor? It keeps going back to the former value even if I save it, whereas all other changes (shiny, forms/gender met, etc.) can be correctly changed. Making it possible would have impact in the DexNav "Search Level" or it's recorded as different data whatsoever?
  5. I'm not @jariesuicune (although Suicune is one of my favs legendaries ; P), but you're welcome!
  6. It is not a serial code. It's a 管理番号, i.e. a number in the case anything goes wrong and you need to contact their customer service. Eon Ticket was given in CoroCoro's issue of December. (Source: I live in Japan and bought both myself)
  7. I know it was said earlier that Pokedex editing would be at the bottom of the priorities, but I noticed that whereas all other functions work, when I try to change the number of "Battled" 'mons, it'll always return to the default number. e.g. tried to change the number of battled Abra from 11 to 40 (etc.) and it always returned to 11 after I pressed "Save". Also, one question. If it ever become possible to correctly change this value, will the DexNav Search Level also be changed? Thank you for your great work, one year ago I thought it would be impossible to achieve, but you've done it. Really, thanks.
