Well, it launched now, so hurry and do it. That being said, this is reminding me of 4th Gen Shiny ID/SID abuse, except without the timing but more tedious. I have to make 6 New Games and play all the way pass the 1st Gym and the Dreamyard to Game Sync for all 6 Eevees for 6 different accounts, cause I am still using the Japanese save file. I'm going to C-Gear RNG all of them anyways, but this is more for Leafeon, Espeon, and Vaporeon.

Just to make sure guys. There is a small bug in the game you should be aware of. When you are asked to keep the Eeveelution upon completing the 4 levels, you have to click yes, and yes again to confirm. Although it says you picked the Pokemon and saved it to the account, if you clicked "Play Again" cause you are clicking through (or like me, thought that button is "OK"). YOUR EEVEELUTION IS NOT KEPT. You have to exit the browser (closing internet browser/tabs), in order to keep it. To confirm if you have kept it, log on to your My Pokemon account and try to load the game up. This text box should come up like this "You have already earned (Eeveelution) from playing this game, this cannot be changed." before closing and letting play the game. If this box does not show up, you have not saved your choice and have to play again. I made 5 My Pokemon accounts plus my main one and see if you can sync them to different games, with 6 different Eevees each. I played through all of it already, so tedious...

fuck it, I say record the whole process (from inserting the disc getting it to pal park to poketrans) and give them the .avi and see what they can say about it.

I can attest to this as well, it's not even a uncommon GBA Blissey. It's just a Blissey from 3rd Gen, and I am allowed on fine.

I would imagine it to be quite difficult also. It was an event only for Japan after all and we all know the hell it went through to even know about PCJP Pokes... I would imagine the only real way to find out is to find someone who went to the event in 2005, and he didn't activate the event yet. Which is... very, very unlikely.

If I may... if a Shiny Mew is not possible under any circumstances. Okay. I just need to check a few sketchy ones that I have received in a trade. Question: With the any Common GBA event, what Method should I use to find the seed? With 0000ZZZZ, how do I find if the seed fits the 0000-FFFF criteria?

I've been wondering for a while now... but how to you find out the seeds for a certain PID?

About these... # PC Japan 2003 (ALL) - Origination Seed Check # PC Japan 2004 - Obedience Flag Check / Limited to Uncommon GBA # PC New York 2004 (WISH) - Obedience Flag Check / Limited to Uncommon GBA So if I understand it right, almost all events that uses B-A-C-D will have a new thing to check called "Origination Seed Check" which will limit the number of possible PIDs. Also, I know that you know for sure from a reliable source that are you positive that the PC 2004 (both ends) should be A-B-D-E (Uncommon GBA), AND should have Fateful Encounter flags? If so... But still, I find it rather weird that it really is A-B-D-E... On a related note, do you have any plans to support GCN Pokemon yet? I understand from reliable sources in smogon that they were close to cracking it 6 months back, but BW rolled in and everyone focused on that and it got held off.

Well, you are right about one thing, going by the whole "strictly legit" thing, unlike breeding, I cannot just go back try another Egg SID if none of my IDs in my library of pre-saved games match.

If I am not mistaken Saber, you CAN trade eggs in Emerald/FR/LG. A trip to google proved useful, apparently. You just need the National Dex on both ends, can someone confirm this? I don't have 2 National Dex GBA games to test. If so, it is definitely possible to produce Shiny Egg Events. Hell, if you cannot trade Eggs in 3rd Gen, then all those Emu Emerald Shiny breeds are all considered hacks. =/

If may Saber... if Pokemon bredt from a 3rd Gen game can be tossed around between lots (hundreds) of pre-empt save files to make them hatch shiny. Theoretically, shouldn't it be able to make anything that comes in any egg shiny? Or is there something preventing it be shiny in the first place? EDIT: also, can I take it from you now that you have confirmed that all PCJP and Wish NYPC are now under B-A-C-D, which is Common GBA Event (Restricted) PIDs? cause there is a Wishbliss being toss'd around right for the past few months now, and I would need to know.
