Pkhex capability isn't tied to firmware.

Your ability to get fully decrypted saves (and injection), are.

To get fully decrypted save (easy mode),

You Must be able to install savedatafiler on your home dashboard.

It allows extraction and injection.

If even that can't be done, It's pointless.

Or you can just get cybergadget. That's advanced mode.

Don't need a Japanese 3ds, just need a jap cart that has pokedex, so that can use pokebank.

Hard mode is you use powersaves to backup a oras save.

Then fully decrypt it yourself.

Then after everything make your own hack after finding your own exploit to injection it back in, Cause powersaves doesn't accepted modded saves, and They are not so nice to encrypt it for you.

Sorry to ask this. But. I know those 2 moves. Thousand Arrows and Thousand Waves that you could edit right on PKHeX. But does any of you think that there might be an event later on portraying those 2 moves?

It was kind of a given when they took the trading restrictions off Reshiram and Zekrom (the only two Pokemon that you couldn't legitimately get shiny) a few days before release. Other than those two, all the other wild Pokemon in OR/AS have been shiny before now. They also took Hoopa off the "blacklist" of non-tradeable Pokemon, which suggests it will be officially revealed soon.

Legendary Pokemon are never different when you rebattle them, other than location perhaps.

And both Eternal Flower Floett and Volcanion still can't be tradable until an actual event comes out for those 2. Correct

Also there was a mistake on PKHeX where Mege Rayquaza's name was Mega Venasaur. I mean. That was only minor though. As some other people witnessed that small problem too

Well. The sky3ds cart doesn't support any hombrew. So i'm guessing that it doesn't support hacking and such what so ever. [using with PKHeX]

And you could use PKHeX with a Gateway Cart I think. But Kaph doesn't own both a 3DS and a Mutli ROM 3DS support cart as he already stated

That may be, if you don't have something that actually helps or a real question, there's really no point in knowingly wasting space with meaningless comments. The update will come when it does, and that's it.

I have mine set to Japanese Locale, but with English standard (So almost everything appears in English, but it treats things and can type in Japanese). I wonder if there is a connection?
