  1. Thanks! I'm sure a lot of people will appreciate this!
  2. Currently, you can create main files (backups of your save data for games) using hax to load up saveDataBackup (for those who don't know, it's homebrew) on most, if not, all 3DS types and firmwares. Using this app, you can create backups and import backups of your save datas. PKHeX is compatible with these and can edit your save data for XY and ORAS. It's often recommended you make a backup, and, as far as I know, there isn't a backup feature for main files. Tampering with the main file in certain ways is always risky, and data corruption or other problems can occur. Plus, some people just like to keep backups in case certain issues arise such as losing pokemon, accidentally releasing them, et cedera. Could there be a backup feature implemented? If a future version isn't to come for a while, I have made a temporary solution to Windows users who would like to backup their main files. I made a small two-line batch file which copies the main file from your SD card to a folder of your choice, then opens the folder which it copied to. Already tried it, and it works.
  3. Yeah, to be honest, I didn't actually know you could use the D-Pad to select your title. Thanks.
  4. A good friend told me to post here, and I'm still fairly new to homebrew as well as these forums. I've been trying to install homebrew on my 3DS to be able to use pk hex with my Omega Ruby. I have two (technically 3) games, Omega Ruby, and X, as well as a completely bricked Y version that holds no value. I loaded up everything correctly, put each folder in the corresponding locations, and set the DNS correctly. I loaded the firmware by youtube (my 3DS is a 3DS XL old version with 9.9.0 firmware, the latest one), and it went to a homebrew screen. I went to the save manager, tapped on it, pressed A and started it. I tried to back up the save in my Omega Ruby but it didn't work. I got this error: Get fs:USER handle: 0x0 FSUSER_Initialize: 0x0 Open archive: 0xC920454F Could not access the savedata archive! Press X to exit. I've tried resetting and it still gives me this error. Could anyone help me?
