  1. I'd assume if it's for your own personal use, and you're not distributing it as your own work, then you can do anything you want to it. You could even replace all sprites with immature, but hilarious, pictures of various body parts. Because who cares what you do on your own ROM?
  2. So, pokemon names are back in Japanese? and which pokemart sells "men"?? I'm sure the female players would like to know, lol. Did you mean "the pokemart's salesmen's dialogue"? or "the pokemart's sales menu"? I take it you realised, like i did, that it'd take ages to translate the dialogue for both Johto AND Kanto? lol. I don't blame you for abandoning that bit. I would have liked the daycare couple, and that guy in the dragon's cave to be translated though. That way you know if your pokemon are compatible for breeding, and you'd know what that guys asking you, so you can get the dratini with "Extreme Speed". but oh well, pokesav works just as good, lol.
  3. Yep, i agree it's hard work. Because you have to remember that Kazo'll practically be translating TWO full games (if you count Johto as one, and then Kanto as another). there's like a billion signs around the pokemon world, as well as thousands of NPCs all having something to say. On a side note, patch v5+Rudolf's patch worked wonders on my M3 Simply running YSMenu. I just recently got a M3i Zero, so im gonna try it out on that today
  4. When you have a save file already, and go to start a new game, what's the message and choice it gives you? It's in Japanese, so i can't read it. Might be good to translate that in your next patch, as well as mystery gift/etc?
  5. That wasnt caused by the patch. I've seen that happen on old USB flash drives. It's just simply that it's failing, or you pulled it out of the computer when windows was still trying to access it. (ie. without safely removing" it first)
  6. Ive been using it since it was released, without any issues at all. chances are that your flash memory failed at about the same time as you updated it with the patched HGSS. my old 1GB kingston microsd card failed while i was playing pokemon platinum, but it was unrelated to the ROM.
  7. Heya, just wanted to say thank you for the awesome patch!!!! I don't understand ANY Japanese, and so thought that i wouldn't be able to play Pokemon HG/SS until it's released next year. BUT thanks to your patches, the game has now been playable for me! The only thing that I'm wanting now, is translation of the phone calls i keep getting, and of the radio channel that tells you about where the swarms are (Prof. Oak's channel). You're doing excellent work!!! Keep it up A+++++
