  1. Electrics need more dual types, I agree... but don't make them so broken!

Physical Electric/Ground type would be a nice addition. The available weakness would be grass and ice, though.

Water/Fire would probably be weak to Electric still, but I have yet to check on the Move Effective Pokétch App.

A funny type would be Electric/Bug

  2. You read the Bible, right?

Read Job 41 and tell me about the sea creature Leviathan who breathes fire... how's that? :)

    LoL.

Anyhow, a Water/Fire type would be really cool =D It would be insane.

A Elec/Ground would be nice as well lol! Imagine they make an evolution for Pikachu, branching to the Elec/Ground type? Pretty damn awesome.

  3. They are still dieties. They are said to control space and time, not space and time just for Sinnoh. That in my eyes is a God of all regions. It's not like they're going to step into Kanto and be powerless.

They won't necessarily become powerless when moved to another region. It is more about the belief system of the Pokémon. In Sinnoh, Dialga/Palkia are respected, etc, while you don't hear anything about Ho-oh or other legendaries like that.

  4. And perhaps we could see the relationships of the professors in clearer detail, and show how all of the pokemon myths collide.

The Myths will indeed collide. If they don't, that would make things more confusing, and seperated.

Mew seemed to be the most legendary in Kanto, whilst Ho-oh seemed to be like a god in Johto, and in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald, you have the terrain gods. In D/P/Pt, Space, Time, and Void, these aspects all make up Sinnoh region's mythology. Arceus may be a god-like pokémon, but it is only said to have created the world with it's "1000 arms".

5th Gen would be nice, though. But, it would have to be much more creative, seeing as Sinnoh didn't have much creativity. They would most likely give Pokémon that have yet to evolve, evolutions.

Btw, I love how in Platinum, it involves Giratina and the "world of nothingness".

  5. That alternate universe Giratina's from? It's only the flip side of ours. So what happens when a new universe is discovered, with new and strange Pokemon to be befriended? Either that or space travel. I've always liked the idea of prehistoric Pokemon, though. I mean, there has to have been more than just the fossilized Pokemon that went extinct. I don't think it's possible for only about a dozen species to be lost in the history of a planet...

The space travel thing really leaves the theme of Pokémon, literally.

I do agree that there should be more 'extinct' Pokémon, but maybe most of them still exist xD for example, Relicanth

Maybe they'll discover a whole new continent, something like Atlantis?

  6. ?Cant a water type counter garchomp with a move like surf?

Garchomp is also Dragon type, nullifying it's Ground weakness.

I vote for Water types. Although Fire types are scarce, they are still over-favored. It would be nice to see more Fire types, but not if they all out-speed water types.

  7. I kind of agree with Destati. Water types generally are harder to counter than fire types, as I see.

The only problem I see is that water types don't have much raw offense.

  8. I prefer to call them dogs. They have more dog features than cats. Cats are usually agile and quick, and sly, whilst the legendary trio of dogs are more powerful. Although they run, if they put up a fight, they are quite powerful.

I agree on Azelf and Zapdos being the best of their trios, whilst I think Regice is the best of the golem trio.

  9. Baton Pass is almost always an early game strategy. Most BP are weak to (stealth) rock, and since that's laid down at the beginning, that's when BP will be attempted.

Some Pokemon, like Jolteon, will attempt a "dry" Baton Pass (passing nothing) in hope to escape Pursuit and/or switch to a resistant/immune Pokemon, depending on the attack they predict.

Stealth Rock basically eliminates a late game Baton Pass. Taunt/Trick can cripple BP users, as well as some priority attacks.

Alright, thanks guys. Weavile will be my Taunt priority/lead. What would be some good tanks to destroy a team after Ninjask fails?

Also, my Kingdra will be one of them.

  10. If you`re talking about breeding abilities, it doesn't exist. It will NEVER EXIST.

The only way to get a Pokémon with an outside ability is to either edit it with Pokesav (or another Pokémon editting program), OR, while it is still in the egg, you Pokesav it, and change the ability before it hatches.

Not so sure about the second one, btw.

Anyhow, I'm 100% sure you cannot breed abilities. If you could, I'd be going crazy right about now.

  11. She may be an old friend of Jasmine. Maybe a part of her family originated from Johto? (Obviously not her from johto, seeing as her family settled in Celestic Town, Sinnoh.)

I've no idea, hopefully it's hinting about Johto as I don't think the fans could take a new generation yet. It's already so difficult to "catch em all" that adding on even more pokemon would be a huge turn off for fans.

I don't agree with you on that. A new gen wouldn't be a turn off unless the Pokémon where that lame in gameplay/design. D/P were mainly bad because of the blandness in the game. Platinum was far more better than D/P, and wasn't a crappy 3rd game.
