    I don't know what im doing wrong (im new at this) but im trying to replace the blinking animations on the xtransceiver but i cant seem to get the images to look right. the narc file im trying to adjust is a/1/3/2/file 62 the palate is file 61.

    I did, couldnt find them anywhere. guess i just missed them lol

    I think i found them, they are in a/1/3/2 that has all the backgrounds and the sprites for the Xtransceiver.

    does anyone know where the narc file is for the Xtransceiver Sprites? I cant seem to find them

    how exactly do you use this tool. I keep trying to edit text but it keeps saying No rom is loaded. so How exactly do i load a rom, i dont see anything saying load rom or anything. can someone please help me
