  1. I'm playing Volt White 2 right now. Everything's fine with no bugs so far but a few legendary spawn don't work as mentioned in the Documentation. That doesn't actually hurt the expirience just wanted to report them. The Veteran at Giant Chasm appeared when I made my way into the cave to battle White Kyurem and Chestis after clearing out the Team Plasma ship. Talking to him did spawn all the legendaries but he's not supposed to apear at that point right? Tornadus and Thundurus appeared im my game whithout even talking to the Veteran in Humilau City. The three birds spawned after talking to him though, Thundurus and Tornadus apeared again after I talked to him and since I had captured them already so I have them twice now. Darkrai was in this ghost house the first time I entered it as well. I'm using 1.1 and started a new game in it. I'm playing on a FlashCart as well.
  2. Looks pretty good. And yea, the new backsprite looks way better than the old one. The cut on the coat is kinda weired though. Oh and when you find out how properly replace the using fly sprites, please post it here.

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>The Xtransciever works to a degree as well. The problem with that is the animation of the eyes and mounth. Whenever I try to replace the color palette for the eyes and mounth the game freezes so I just left it as it is.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>I used the hero's mother as the basis here. Just extracted all the files for the animation and replaced the hero one with them. The art itself you can edit to your hearts content, though the eyes have to match since you'll use the old animation files. that's what I got:</p></p></p></p></p></p>

    <p><p><p><p><p><p>And since that image was stored in a BMD file I'll asume all the sprites you linked to me will be as well. The graphics are all from Pokewood btw. So unless you want to make some movies they won't bother you.</p></p></p></p></p></p>

     

  7. I just did something similar with Black 2 just yesterday. The color palette had 32 color but it was essentially the same problem. Just extract, do NOT use the export function it messes up the palette, the .rlcn file with tinke, I use the r148, edit the palette with ConsoleTool and save/export it as a .rlcn file of course. Then, use the PPNFR tool to replace the old rlcn file with your new one in the narc file and it should work. As said, that worked with B2/W2. Don't see why it shouldn't with HG/SS.
  8. I want to make the replacement as complete es possible. Since the female hero is now the gum leader and you actually battle against her and not Skyla anmore it'd be only right for her sprite to be on the badge profile. So it'd look like this.
  9. Actually I already have found your other thread and with it's help I was able to replace the trainer sprite on the Trainer Pass. Thanks. With the RCSN file I am now able to view the badge profile properly but since the RCSN seems to load up the image with all the 15 pallets from the RLCN file, with 16 colors in each pallet, which are used so I can't simply import another image since only images with 16 colors work. Am I missing a Tinke function that enables that or can I only do this using a hex editor?
  10. Hi guys, I' m working on a Black 2 trying to replace the female hero with Skyla as a playable character. So far everything wenk quite well I even managad to replace the loading screen sprite and the trainer card picture and even made all the animations except the balancing one. Now I want to replace Skyla's image on the badge screen on the trainer card with one of the female hero since she's the gym leader now. I found the narc file with the RGCN file but I can't seem to be able to edit it properly. I tried using Tinke, which is totally awesome btw, and CrystalTile but the best I get is this (the color palett is to be ignored on the shot): http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b354/xxBassGSxx/screen1-1.jpg Any advice would be appreciated. The narc file is 0_3_9 and RGCN file is 28. edit: Oh sorry. Missed the Forum. This should go in the Rom Editing Help one.
