Use <Azure Flute> then <Extended Stair> will appear and you will meet ARCEUS on top of stair 10. Use <Master Ball> for easy way or fight using pokemons with “Sleep Powder” and “False Swipe” until ARCEUS’s HP become 1 and status become “SLEEP” and use various poke ball to get ARCEUS for tough way 11. If you beat ARCEUS, go back <Mt. Coronet> and re-enter to <Spear Pillar> and repeat step 9 and 10
