  1. The .PKM made by Diamond are different compared to the ones made by Black, so both the files are read differently. You can change how pokegen reads the file(changing it to read diamond files and not black/white) but when I did this it screwed all of my Pokemon up >.>
  2. Isn't his ability to transform into a different Pokemon in your party?
  3. I was looking for this thread of mine >.> Well I did as you said and I found which Pokemon it was (dam Froslass) So I looked over it and I found that it had a dream world Ability on it, I gave it it's regular ability and it's all fine. tyvm for the offer of checking my Pokemon for me
  4. Is there a code for Instant Breeding in the Day care? Or take a couple of steps and the two Pokemon have bred, Thanks.
  5. Double check to see if it has the right moves? that are Gen V compatible.
  6. When you say trainer info do you just mean ID SID and OT? if so dose that mean that I have to change them in order for these to not say apparently. What would I change? one digit in the ID or SID a letter in the OT?
  7. You might be able to use this Save converter. Try using the settings Source: No$GBA Target: Acecard RPG Force 512kb. If these settigns don't work try playing around with others that might work or see if anyone else knows.
  8. I was wondering if anyone had some simple steps to figure out which Pokemon of mine cause the message "There was a problem with your Pokemon" when trying to enter a random battle.
  9. Well I tried loading a .pkm from my pokemon Platinum and it screwed all the names and natures of all my pokemon >.<
  10. Awesome I'll give it ago. Might solve the problems I'm having with creating Japanese Pokemon and them all being "apparently Hatched" --- Nope still getting apparently hatched Q.Q
  11. 3. You would just change the Origin to White and make sure ID SID and OT are different to yours. I'll Upload my Zekrom if you want to have a look. Zekrom.pkm
  12. I was just wondering if I could have some help with importing some events. I have a couple of events on my Platinum save, So I loaded them up saved them. I then opened up my White save changed Options>Target Game>platinum and then saved them into box one on my white. It all went smoothly until I went in-game. In-game I found that Arceus's Japanese name had been changed to "S?1Wj" and the OT changed to "????Q" Original name. アルセウス Original OT. ぇぃかおん I've also uploaded the files for those who want to take a look and might be able to help me. --- It actually seems to be my save file. All of my Pokemon have weird names with ? though out them. If anyone can explain why I'd be very happy It's either because I'm using version 20 or its because i keep deleting those /FFFF\0000\0000\0000\0000\FFFF segments --- Turns out it was neither of those. It was due to me saving the save file while having my target game as platinum. Not sure how I'll import my events now. If anyone has imported events please let me know =) Arceus.pkm
  13. Try using the code with the EVs set to normal amounts (with all 6 Pokemon) and if it works that will probably be the most likely case of your code failing. (not really sure as I don't use AR with Pokegen)
  14. Thank you for the reply. While your here, if I set the origin to Japanese will it work like any other Japanese Pokemon in the sense that it will work with the "Matsuda method" "In the fourth generation, a variety of things have changed in order to allow for the obtaining of Shiny Pokémon. First is a method commonly known as the Masuda Method, named after the game developer and the person who revealed it; Junichi Masuda. This method has you breed two Pokémon. However, one of the Pokémon must be of a different nationality than your game (such as a Japanese Pokémon on an English game). This will lower the chances of hatching a shiny Pokémon from 1 in 8,192 to 1 in 2,048 cutting it by 75% in Generation IV. However, in Generation V, it is boosted even further from 1 in 8,192 to 1 in 1,365.3."
  15. I've just created a Japanese Pokemon in Pokegen and its name is in English. I was wondering if there was a way to have it so when I set a Pokemon's origin to Japan that its name uses the Japanese characters instead of the English name. I've found a temporary fix by just Pasting the Japanese version of the name into the nickname field...untill they evolve >.< --- It's just come across my mind that maybe because I've deleted the file "lang_日本語" that it's not using the Japanese version I'll test again. --- No, that wasn't the problem. Can someone else confirm that this is happening on theirs also? note: I realize adding all of the Pokemon's name in Japanese would be a huge pain in the ass and just might not be implemented.
