Will the beta version also work on the UK version of the games?

I know this is probably a stupid thing to ask and it's probably already been answered, but can PokeGen be used to make legitimate Wonder cards? For example, say I make an Aggron, could I edit it so that I can make it as a Wonder card pokemon and the card would show up on my homescreen like a real event one? Any help, greatly appreciated.

Hi Riolu. Was just wondering if u can edit the code for instant level 100 daycare pokemon. Could u make it so that the pokemon get to either levels 40,50,60 please? I know ur really busy, but it would be massively appreciated if u could do it when u have time. Thank you
