Looking for the max IV code on wild pokemon. Also is there any code to get max Iv pokemon from egg?

If I use the max IV code and try to get the nature wanted with syncronize, will that work or the code doesn't take that into account?. I ask this cuz I once did the wild shiny code but syncronize had no effect on wild pokemons.
