I would suggest you put the apploc.msi into the root of your C:

Then type:

cd C:\

and press enter.

Type

apploc.msi

and press enter.

Thats it.

Anyhow, I just ran the pkm file of this Meowth through Sabresites Legal Check and it comes up on my end as a Hacked Pokemon. Just wondering if this is normal or a flaw with the program?

The program needs an update.

When using AppLocale, Pokesav always says my .sav files are of an invalid format.

Use shorter and simplier filenames (aaaa.sav or something)

Wasn't there also a way to install Applocale on Windows Vista?

You have to run the comand prompt in administrator-mode and start the setup from there.

I started playing Pokémon, since Pokémon Yellow came out here and I'm a huge fan I have lots of games and merchandise.

I live in Germany and I have all german events (GBA and DS) and I hope I can get every german event for you guys and some other events if necessary

I doubt anyone would have a korean pokemon anyway.

You do know that NOK Pokemon aren't compatible with any other versions of D/P, since the Korean language isn't programmed into them, hence making any NOK Pokemon you have on your non-korean cart/save illegal.
