I have a two questions about the VGC Milotic.

Is there a relationship between its IVs, Shininess, and PID? I entered its PID into PID-IV Generator and the 9/2/7/5/3/6 spread didn't come up so I'm assuming there is none, but I wanted to make sure.

Does it need a special PID type, like [Normal D/P or GBA]?

It has a static PID, so the IVs can be anything you want.

If you modify the IVs they aren't "legal" anymore.

But since all the GBA-Events are generated anyway, it doesn't really matter.

The GBA Events are generated by admins of this site.

The Legality Checker accepts them, because it was written by Sabresite.

I don't know who generated those events, but I guess it was Sabresite, thats why there are "legal" if you ask the Legality Checker.

call me sad but before i discovered this forum and pokesav i bought a shiny japanise movie darkrai clone beliving it was legit but i seem to remember someone saying getting a shiny event mon was impossible besides the manaphy egg being traded and then hatched. could someone clear this up for me?

Hello I was wondering if anybody could please tell me what the secret ID is for the wishmakr jirachi, i downloaded it off the events database but the secret ID was filled in as 0 which im sure is wrong? thanks.

Nope. Almost all GBA-Events had no Secret ID.

Toys Я Us events are much better. I love getting a legitimate event that's restricted to people who took the time to get to there. When everyone can get it, it makes the event feel less special.

maybe, they just got lazy and decided to use the same WC for german and french. since most likely, the french shaymin will be "Film11" as well, since movie in french is going to translate to "film."

And here's a nice little thing, legal.exe says it's hacked as its type, everything else is good though.

These boxes can output the matches to TVs, force the wireless functions to the person also connected to your box, and possibly perform checks. You aren't using your DS.

I think these Boxes where Capture/Debug-Devices, very rare and expensive to get

edit: There are 2 capture-devices in the white box, they are connected using a LAN-cable.

The game reads Seal 118 and KNOW it is the Lucario doll.

Game Freak used things like that before.

Example:

All GBA-Events have Ruby/Sapphire as their game of origin, all the other GBA-Games could display "fateful encounter" because of that.

If you had a Pokémon from Leafgreen and set the met-location to fateful encounter, R/S would say "obtained in a trade".

It isn't a mistake, thats how Game Freak tells the game what item it is.
