Does anyone have a level 50 Gengar pkm file or just the values for IVs and stats (even EVs I don't care)?

Because I thought wifi events were ones where wifi downloads an event on your save then you go some specific place to catch that pokemon..... (I have Dialup) So Pokemon events are basically they just give you pokemon?

I'm trying to EV train my pokemon, I just wanted to know which EVs should I train for each pokemon for maximum effectiveness as well as what pokemon to train on? lvl56 Lugia: Extrasensory, Aeroblast, Hydro Pump, Rain Dance lvl59 Typhlosion: Blast Burn, Strength, Lava Plume, Flamethrower lvl59 Raikou: Crunch, Thunder Fang, Spark, Discharge lvl52 Entei: Flamethrower, Fire Fang, Stomp, lvl58 Gyrados: Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Hydro Pump, Hyper Beam lvl59 Dragonite: Slam, Aqua Tail, Dragon Rush, Surf Also, when my Typhlosion was lvl52 he was much more powerful than my current Entei. Why's that or is it just my imagining? Also, I want to get Suicune in Kanto, which pokemon should I get rid of? (Assuming they're all the same level) Or not get rid of any? I know my team is pretty water/dragon/fire heavy, who do you recommend I replace and for what? If i wanted a gengar, do I get rid of Typhlosion or Entei? Is it worth it to get rid of Gyrados for Suicune?

Hi, I am playing pokemon heart gold with action replay and i activated the action replay code that let me teach any pokemon TM/HM as well as deleting HMs anytime. As a result, now all my HMs act like TMs! I taught one pokemon fly and now the HM is gone! Is there an action replay code that allows me to add/remove HMs any time? I know there is a code that gives you and takes away TMs/HMs. If i use that code and get all TMs/HMs, then I use the code to take away all TMs/HMs are my original TMs/HMs still there or are they gone?
