These are from the Distribution Cart that has just recently been leaked. And has all 3 Johto Beasts, and with Celebi that also might be and probably is a GameStop distribution for Feburary 27th to March 7th 2011.
Update: Recorrected file with proper filename and date for Celebi's Distribution.

They're set.can anyone confirm if they are nature set? i used my white version and flash card and got 3 eggs yanappu and 2 kibaigo and both the kibaigo are naive.Yanappu is Male / Brave.
Mamepato is Female / Hardy.
Kibago is Male / Naive.
Genders are based on the TV Anime, Best Wishes.

I was able to get Kibago, and the other two a couple of other times restoring my save file that had not acquired the Wonder Card. And my Black save is set to Male.I guess it does depend on the ID. because I have different save files saved before I obtained the event on both B&W. For Black I got all the same Pokemon over and over ( on one ID) it was "Kibago", I don't know if it makes a difference but It was a female Player. On the other White game Saves I got Yanappu and Mamepato (With another ID) as Male players btw all same IP/ID name different ID numbers.The Card should be random out of the possible three when you acquire it. Once it's obtained from Wi-Fi Connection or DS Download Station, I'm pretty sure it's locked to one of them.

You'll have to find a way to get another save without it getting the Wonder Card, or find a way to modify your save to remove the Card ID. It works as a random Wonder Card (with all 3 being the same Card ID) rather than a Pokemon.I sr'd 3 times, got mamepato all three. My id is 10018. Don't know if it makes a difference, but is a possible factor in determine what pokémon you get.Once acquired, it'll be locked to one Pokemon.

Card ID and OT are the only things that are changed between each Event. Gender is always Random with these Events.is there any difference in the events.... besides the name and gender of the pokemon -

I've removed both of the newer files. Excluding the Wonder Card ID mix up that there might be. I noticed with my Hiroshima one that it had a space at the end of the OT, which shouldn't be. And this was with all the files that I had submitted with Hiroshima. I'll resubmit them when I can double check the Wonder Cards. The one above might be right though.
I apologize. If I saw this error earlier, I wouldn't of submitted them in. This is the only Event that has been very confusing for me.

Card Numbers were like that when I acquired them. I don't see how those are invalid. Maybe it's your source that's not right?What about the card number?If you're also going to bring up about invalid OTs, go on any Japanese Wiki or Blog. Newer ones should match up fine.

1) Legal hasn't been updated for newer Events nor BW.There are serious mistakes. I confirmed that your data were made by yourself or someone, not received in legal. Please do not post the data that made by someone using some tool. I tihink you can understand what I said. blah blash blah2) Where's the Confirmation? I don't see any.
3) I never post fake Events. If I ever did post anything I didn't think was right, I would've placed a WIP tag like I've done for past Events.

The Pokemon itself should've been fine upon acquiring it with the previous Card.

We'll see when we get another one. The Event is for all PokeCenters from what I've seen on Blogs.
If it was a mistake on dumper or Pokemon Company, it should be 11 for the PC Sapporo value.

It might have something to do with IR or GBA Connectivity for the Card Download, just as a way to distinguish if you got the Event by those methods.
More likely it has something to do with the Card Description text. There's two sets of descriptions for each PokeCenter in the game to display. And I don't mean that Child / Adult language setting.

Fullmoon Island makes them Pokémon Event once you acquire them from the Poke Mart.
