    Hi, im new to all off this but why when i go to the union room and talk to the people do they say something about a spiky eared pichu and not let me in? ive put the patch on and atuff but they just dont let me in. Oh and also when i try to patch the rom using the new patch and a clean rom on delta GUI it just makes a file called PokÚmon Black_patched but its empty it has nothing in it. thanks in advance
