    Thanks for being a bro, terravoltage. Will use that. You can delete it now if you want so no lazy bums will be taking it. BTW: Move Excel Spreadsheet so far. Nearly done with the first part. I now have a .sav of a previous game so I will go over to see where the messages are off. Will also review move descriptions. Proooobably won't get this done tonight, its 3:30 AM here.

    Well somewhere along that line. I just want to be able to test on wild Pokemon who can withstand high-end moves like Focus Punch and Blast Burn. Also, I need an English game .sav, not a Japanese game .sav. I'd use my own, but as far as I know, you can't backup HG/SS retail cartridge game saves. And I have no AR to put in the "any skill" code OR edit a game save. But on AceKard I can apply the cheats to a .sav.

    It would be really helpful if somebody could give me a .sav of theirHG/SS that is at least up to the 5th badge or so. PM me if you have a .sav for this. Don't worry, it will be going towards move testing to compare translations. Also, just about done going over all the moves for the patch Kaarosu gave me before V3 came out. Will then test moves in V3 that had problems before hand. Still have little way of testing some moves unless done in an online match, which I hear there may still be problems with, also considering some move sets of Pokemon.

    Mirrors don't seem to work for me either. Black_oldlogo makes me wait 23 seconds then tells me the file is no longer available. It wants me to be a pro-user or something. :\

    Black old logo patch is either being massively downloaded or something is up. I keep getting error messages when I try to download it.

    It's a text overflow problem. If you want to teach your Pokemon moves, revert back to patch V1. I'm still building it, and will edit it once I look over the move descriptions and go over more moves. Kaarosu did the top, I'm working from the bottom up.

    Oh BTW I randomly noticed, when teaching uh. Dig or Level Ground to my Warubiru, it was like "do you want to teach this move? the other move will be r" and replaced is cut off. I tried it a few times. It was only that specific TM. Will clarify this in a few.

    Went through Pokemon names again. Noticed a few that are different from site to site. I don't know which one we rely on the most: LEPERASUDU (Reparudasu on Serebii and Veekun. Leopardas on Bulbapedia) BURUNKERU (Burungeru on Serebii, Veekun. Burunkeru AND Burungel on Bulbapedia) SHANDERAA (Shandera on Serebii, Veekun, and Bulbapeida) I changed this one in 070.txt GORUUGO (Goruugu on Serebii, Veekun, and Bulbapedia) I changed this one too in 070.txt SAZANDO (Sazandora on Serebii and Veekun. Sazandra on Bulbapedia) MELOIA (Meloetta on Serebii and Bulbapedia. Meroetta on Veekun, ) So many discrepancies between names. Is it a vote?

    Did some minor nitty-gritty changes on 235.txt and 236.txt. Capitalized Pokémon names, replaced Pokemon with Pokémon, and changed canon to cannon. Have little idea how GIThub works, but I think I submitted it right. The only discrepancy I had was the question of what Rohbushin/Roopushin/Roobushin's name really is. I left it as the original spelling in the text.

    Another error noticed. When a Pokemon uses "Detect" and you use a move, it will be like "Wild X fell for the taunt." At first I was like "Did I use some other move?" Derp. CORRECTION: When a Pokemon like Hatoopoo uses Detect, it will say "Hatoopoo's defense has been broken" use move and it will go "Hatoopoo fell for the feint"

    If we want to get onto the subject of text errors, I'll say that some Pokemon, like hatoopoo will use leer and it will say. "XYZ 's defense fell" Seems like a letter count per line problem.

    Well shoot. So it is the flashcart. Out of luck. I've tried pokesaving the event Pokemon in, but so far, Celebi wont trigger the Zoroa event, despite being a fateful encounter.

    That's crazy, because I tried many times myself and I kept getting error messages with V1 patch. Using Acekard 2i. Looked up why online, and I found said information.

    Only the actual game cartridges can use the GTS, I think. I know for a fact you can't use the transfer machine unless its the actual game cart. The other DS doesn't recognize it as a Pokemon game because the flashcart isn't actually a game.

    Yep. Just found a lovely bug. While trying to teach Thief to my Warubiru, after it says ""but it cannot learn more than 4 moves," I get a long line of ???!?? gibberish and the game stops responding. Should've saved before that. Now I have to level up my Bachuru to evolve again. OTZ

    And I'm eternally grateful for it, because otherwise, I'd be using "guess and check" to see which moves are what. As for literal translations, it makes sense, but... English shorthands these things so much. I'd help by trying to get more direct translations of the moves and spelling checks (grammar Nazi here), but I honestly can't help with the actual translations; I can't even tell Japanese from Korean and Chinese sometimes. Shows what I know.

    May not be my place, but why not use Serebii to reference a lot of the aspects? Like Victini is "Biktuni" in the patch and the lumpy hat is "Lumpy Met". It'd probably save you lots of time on the battle and item focused part of the game as well as the pokedex, unless there's some sort of copyright or plagiarism aspect. Also, not sure if this was mentioned, but the flinching status was translated into "the pokemon is too scared to listen" or something instead of "xxxx flinched"
