whats cracking guys? was this latest version released after the 28th of last month? or do i have the latest? plus whats the main focus now?

The descriptions aren't translated in the shop though, also when the clerk asks "is there anything else i can do for you?" its not translated. and yeah, battle effects seem half done so far. but all up, i'm very impressed guys!

wasn't it called mystery area or mystery zone in the blackness around it. it has no co ordinates and you can walk in it. lol. i've walked through walls plenty of times in SS. EDIT: ^^ chaotickitten ^^ i lol'd.

very true, because if you can walk through walls why would you be talking to a guard instead of walking around him. lol. and, um silly question, but is those links on the first post, are they the true v1 patch? what was added from the previous?

Yeah I'm a bit rusty at Japanese, but in romanized hiragana it says Trio Badge wo motsu mono yo! \xfffeikanarutokimo chousen seyo! motsu is roughly translated 'to to hold/carry/posses' mono means 'thing/object.' ikanarutoki seems tricky but it's the verb 'to go' in negative form and toki means occasion/moment. So perhaps 'you cannot go at this moment.' though adding 'mo' at the end adds an also in there somewhere but i haven't the foggiest how to phrase that lol. chousen is 'challenge' and seyo can either mean 'granted that...' or 'to advise strongly/insist.' So yeah make of it what you will.

the main parts in the pokemon center dialogue are fine, um kaarosu? have they translated the story already?!

i'm not sayin its entirely bad dude. lol. just needs the little edits. and that last translator u used last seemed pretty accurate. it was sarcasm... sheesh. i was meanin with the raw translated stuff, if you play pokemon as much as everyone else here you would quite obviously know all the cliche one liners :3 its pretty simple is what i was saying.

either that jx, or apply the translator you've been using to 0016.txt and then correct ALL of its typos. trust me, if you can't make sense of that then you dont deserve to be on a pokemon forum xP the difference between flinching, nightmares and love is still inaccurate too btw in v3.

/vp/, i visited it yesterday. and although someone else has already posted the entire collection of patched "games" with tutorials and maps and whatnot, the board seems to be pretty damn good. its a great resource for pokemon stuff or a good laugh. as /a/non is lways a good laugh :3 also would like to know if anyone has fixed the flinching text? everytime yooterri usesw bite it says something like "pokabu is too scared and wont listen", i believe this is called "flinched". sorry if this has already been adressed, i didn't wanna read 20 pages. cheers. EDIT: I am using an acekard 2i with AKAIO. And every little aspect of the game works, sav file and all. love it guys!

what is the process of creating this patch and applying it to the game though? i cannot seem to find any tutorials on the net myself (trust me, i've looked long and hard). can you explain or redirect me to somewhere that can explain this mystery to me?

lol, was it really that bad last time? i'm thankful that this is being done even as fast as it is now. i was prepared to wait months... no one answers me on the technical level though, where to these translated text files go after they're done? like, where inside the rom directory are they imported to via the patch?

To anyone who is actually translating, the last line of 17, does it say that the player took damage from life orb? if so then i could possibly help out with a lil bit.
