  1. Contribution Orcamania5 VS KKK49

    Source 1

    Japanese Trader

    His collection matches KKK49

    Source 2

    DannyB01

His pkm files match SID of KKK49 (Shaymin and Milotic)

    Theory 1

    You got fooled.

Orcamania5 was trusted and nobody checked if wifi events were good. His contribution became the reference and so, the real thing was refused.

    Theory 2

    Secure got fooled

Secure was very influent at that time. It wouldn't be the first time they declared a hack "legit" and legal/legit stuff hacked. And JP traders would have followed.

But Japanese traders had more sources from Korea than anyone else. So, from my point, the best theory is (sorry ^^) the first.

More sources would be a great help.

But please folks, not something you downloaded here or anywhere else. It has to be your own.

    Update

    Source 3

Japanese Trader (friend I trust but that is just my point): Claims he got WiFi Event himself - Winner Path PCD Number 25

    ->

    Orcamania5 0 - 3 KKK49

  2. OK... But I'm not sure. That's why I'm asking for reference.

There is a good chance that those are hacked:

    - Winner Path

    - Sightseeing

    - Time Square Shaymin

    - Enigma Stone

    Yes... even Wifi.

So, anyone who got Korean Enigma stone or Winner Path himself and still has it (used or not)... Please upload.

  3. I need WiFi Korean Events (PCD). I mean PCD anybody got HIMSELF.

    What I need is:

    - Winner Path

    - Enigma Stone

It can be a zipped PCD or a game save uploaded here.

Btw, I know it is in the galery. But what I need is the same file you got yourself.

Please no bad joke by uploading the one from galery claiming it is yours. It is important.

    Thank you

  4. Indeed, it does that only with Internet explorer. It works fine with google chrome and firefox.

Still, everything else work fine with explorer, issue only with sleeping eevee.

I'm the ninja, i edited before both of you posted :P

"guardar destino como..." Currently on a spanish computer and i don't speak spanish, lucky me.

  5. I downloaded all of those one hour ago. Only that one did that.

Just tried again, still same issue.

It sends me on a page with encrypted data or i dunno what: ÿßîÍÌÌÿïÌÌÿÿÎÌýÿÏÌÜÿÏþÞÿïÿïÿþÿÿÿþÿÌßÌÌìïÌÌýïÌÌþïÌÌÿßÌÌÿÎÌÌÿÎíÎÿíÿÎÌÌ

  6. Hi,

someone told me he got scammed with a BW2 save with edited PHL.

PokeCgear only works with BW1, right?

Is there something I dunno or that guy told me bullshit?

Edit: Nvm, I got the answer, sorry.

So new pokecgear was translated... it's true.

  7. I first though pokemonmaniac was nintendo1252's alt but it seems it isn't except if he figured out alone why I knew his contribution was hacked.

    So...

    Korean Meloetta from Pokemonmaniac: Legal

Korean Meloetta from Nintendo1252 (now removed but downloaded by many): hacked

    Korean Keldeo from Nintendo1252: hacked

    By the way...

    Korean Victini from Nintendo1252: Hacked

Legal contribution most likely hacked (no proof except that it's very logical):

    Korean Darkrai

    Italian Darkrai

    Korean Reshiram

    Korean Zekrom

    Korean Kanto starter eggs.

Why it is so logical that those legal Events are hacked:

The only difference with Japanese contribution and those Events are: PGF title, OT, ID and date.

He never messed up that part except once with Spanish VGC12 Larvitar, wrong title proved by another contribution a few days later.

If Meloetta, Keldeo and Victini have been proved hacked, it's only because there is a weird difference btw Japanese and Korean legitimate PGF.

    Now, you know.

    Thanks for reading

  8. Hi there,

I'm here for long but never introduced myself. The "999" threads attracted my attention. ^^

I'm an Event collector for long, trying to get hopefully legit stuff and so at least legal.

I like trading so i don't like contributions very much. But don't misuderstand, I do have respect for contributors which attended to Events and choosing to offer the time and money spent to the whole communauty. And I have to admit I probably won't have that much Japanese Events without Nigoli's contribution.

I hate hacks. Especially in contribution. I think it's a lack of respect for both traders and legit contributors.

And so, when I see something wrong in contribution, I'll do what is needed to let you know.

    Regards

  9. No, the game keeps a list of WC IDs you have obtained, regardless of if you have deleted them from your album. You would have to delete them from the hidden list using Pokegen.

    OK, my bad.

This is possible, but the pattern of restricted and not restricted Mystery Gifts seems to fall in line with the 0 and 1 thing I pointed out.

If this restriction also applies to WCs distributed by local wireless, this could be tested.

You're right, it can be the PGF itself. But in that case i'm kinda surprised Nintendo never used this before. Or would it ba a new function with B2W2?

Illimited event would have no meaning if it's not IR event traded for stickers or stuff like that. So yes, that kind of event will probably be IR only.

But i don't think it depends on the distribution method itself, they can do it with wifi if they want but there is no meaning.

Except if Gamefreaqs lose its mind and make an event like: "fill all your boxes with pikachu"

But in that case, is the current pokegen able to copy all B2W2 PGF info correctly when extracting?

  10. I answer here to not discuss too much on contribution thread:

(Guested edit: It's fine... probably not a whole lot more to about at this point until more research is done)

IR means Infrared (so, an in-real-life distribution, but not wireless)

I just skimmed a random selection of the Kyushu events as well as the Groudon/Kyogre from the Fukuoka PC, and those all had 1, which would keep them restricted to only one download (which follows my theory).

The distribution cart did NOT give my game a fake ID. The 95 ID number IS saved in my list of WCs on my sav file of my B2 game, and 69 from Keldeo IS saved on the list on my Black sav file.

TFE was Local Wireless, so was definitely limited to 1 per event/school.

The website for the egg events says that you CAN get multiple eggs on the same game cart. The website for the Fossils says that you get one per time that you participate in the event, but does not say either way about limiting it to one per game. (However, these have 0, so would fit my theory of being non-restricted).

Well I can be wrong but your game is limited by this:

    - Current PGF in mystery gift

    - Used PGF (deleted or not)

I never tried but normally, if you delete a PGF without using it, you should be able to download it again.

Maibe someone motivated can try with Korean Dragons.

    So here is my theory:

    Example

The distribution cart says to your game the ID is 3000. Your game checks... don't have it -> allowed.

But when you get it, the ID is 96. your game was fooled by distribution device.

And since ID 3000 isn't in your current or used PGF, your game can be fooled again and again.

  11. I'm not sure what you mean by IR but if you just mean in-life Events, you're wrong.

Fossils were limited to one, isn't it?

Same for TFE and Kyushu, you were supposed to travel or have a few games (or start new game) if you wanted them all. That is if you play the legit way.

You can get as much PGF as you want for this egg event as long as you have stickers.

Knowing this, things would be complicated if the Event follows the ID rule.

    Theory:

I think it's simply a trick. The distribution cart probably gives a fake ID to your game and so the PGF is allowed.

That way, nintendo doesn't have to worry about WC ID if they want to offer illimited distribution
