  1. I've played, I made some mages, and some other guys, and then I quit at around level 20. It was just too boring to me. No PvP at all is a massive turn off for any game. What's the point of playing if you can't prove your better than everyone else.

  2. First off: Legendary Pokemon may not breed with anything other than a ditto, and even then only in rare cases. If I'm not mistaken, Spiritomb can breed with others of it's egg-group.

Legendary Pokemon are one-of-a-kind in the games. If you use a second Odd-Keystone, you can in fact receive a second Spiritomb.

So yeah, definately not legendary. Just somewhat rare.

  3. Well here is my stance on hacking/cheating. I myself use/ have used and ARDS. With me, there comes a line. I will never do anything that the game does not naturally permit. So if the game says I can't walk through walls, then neither will I. Technically Wraith, there is the practice of RNG Abusing which people use to catch themselves flawless Pokemon. With me, I wont give my level 100 Latios perfect Ivs and make it Shiny. Simply because Latios can't have that. Whenever hacking, I will give my Pokemon the best they possibly can, and make it perfectly legal, by all pretense. I love using them to load up on supplies, I can never get enough, and I typically create many teams, so using them to spit them out faster helps tremendously. (Still, I make sure that the PID is legal, and that so are the Ivs) When it comes to other people, I feel that, as long as it's legal, I don't care.

  4. So I just finished Watching the Sinnoh League. It was flat-out amazing. Some of the battles were simply spectacular, especially Paul Versus Ash. I think that battle lasted some five episodes. The final battle of Takato versus Ash was thrilling, but extremely one-sided. Takato had Darkrai AND Latios. Still, Ash managed to tie with the Latios and Beat Darkrai, and with NU/NFE to boot! Ash is definitely much more talented than he has been in previous generations, and I look forward to him finally freakin' winning in the Black and White Cup. (Or at least coming in Second this time around.)

  5. @Guested: I find it hilarious that most of the upper Smogon battlers don't follow the "BS". Gouki, Jumpman, and Husky have all stated NOT to follow their sets strictly. In fact, it is usually better to create your own, as the bulk of the crowd will use "Standard" sets, and as such, are far too easy to predict. Just sayin'.

With this in mind, an upgrade could be in order, simply to allow people freedom of choice. By all means keep the smogon sets in it, but allow for people to build custom sets if they wish to.

  6. Dear Demon of Death. I regret to inform you that you have been Permanently banned from our site; under the pretense that nobody on this forum has "Spoken" anything. They are but mere words on a screen, and as such are not being vocalized. Thank you, and have a nice day.

  7. I don't understand why Mystery Dungeon is so popular. When the first one can out I bought the DS version but it seemed like every mission was 'go to a dungeon and get this pokémon/item'. The Dungeon parts weren't any fun, there wasn't much of a reward for completing the missions, and the plot was non-existent. I keep thinking there must be more to these games than I saw or they wouldn't keep making them. I sold mine three weeks later so it's not like I can pick it up to double-check.

I love Ranger: Shadows of Almia, though. Super charming. And I love walking around with my huuuuge pokémon entourage. I bought the first game but I haven't played it yet, can't wait for Tracks of Light to come to the US.

From what I understand of the first Mystery Dungeon, there in fact wasn't a vast variety of Plot. I think the game could be held similar to Portals, in that the game was meant to be relatively short, and cheap, just to see if fans would like it. It was very well received, and so they pulled out all the stops on making a sequel. PMD S/T/D (I'm just now realizing that the first letter of each 2nd gen Mystery Dungeon spells out STD >.>) This one has a very intricate and complex plot revolving around Time Travel and the destruction of the planet. Many missions are no longer save this, fetch that, but are "Hey let's go here" or "The bad guy is over that way." (I'm probably not selling you, but it really is much better than the first.)

As for me personally, I love the first Pokemon Ranger Game, enough even to 100% it (Snorlax was easy) Never played PR:SoA, but I want to, and I've never played PMD:BRT, but I loved Sky.

  8. Many people like to play UU for the very reasons you are speaking. There is a much more vast metagame going on there, so if you want diversity, I reccomend UU. Many times, UU/Bl can in fact beat OU, but the best way to achieve this is to merely create Anti-Meta teams. I mean, who is going to expect a Stockpiling Cradily on a Sandstorm Team? (Not the best example, but it is one.) Black and White should hopefully Expand the metagame, but we'll just have to see.

  9. Rankurusu, is one of my new favorite Pokemon (Green, Jell-o-esque Critter) With Magic Guard, it shows a lot of Promise. Life Orbs and Burn Orbs. All of these things could be loads of fun; However, based on Appearence alone, this poor guy will be UU. (Of course, without knowning things like Move-Pool/Stats, this is extreme speculation.) If it evolves, it will more than likely be OU. Ofc, that all depends on it's stats.

  10. On that first few turns, I did use Focus Blast predicting a Switch. Tyranitar is Switch-in of the Year for Gardevoir, so I almost always launch that first. Afterwords I played pretty badly, lol >.> GG

  11. http://www.pokemon.com/us/games/strategy/vg_strategy-excel-at-the-pokeathlon/

I originally thought, that a Pokemon's Pokeathlon stats were 100% determined by the Hex Values of a Pokemon. It seemed Deceptively simple. 5 Stats, each with a value from 1-5. We know that Nature influences these, and so does ApriJuice. Technically though, it should be possible to create a pokemon whose Potential is maxed out. (The number of stars they have in any given stat.) But now I learn that Pokemon perform better on certain days than others. Where is this decided at? I know that there were some people researching this, so I decided to put this link here, since perhaps it will give people a better idea as to where to look. I don't think that it is any one byte; however, but perhaps the Contest Stats where simply Over-Ridden with this?

If anyone already knows the answers, can you tell me

    1) Which values, if any, control a Pokemon's Pokeathlon Stats, as seen in a Hex Editor

    2) How to Maximize these stats, even on a day where the stat is supposed to be low.

Or hell how is ALL of this determined, where does the game decide these things? Could it be related to PID?

  12. I'm used to switching defensive standard teams, with good synergy.

But I thought I'd make a hyper offensive team base on Kamikazing.

All at the same time playing at my pace not the opponents.

    Azelf @ Focus Sash

    Info: Suicide Lead

    Ability: Levitate

    EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk

    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)

    - Stealth Rock

    - Explosion

    - Psychic

    - Fire Blast

Info: Standard lame lead but it gets the Job done, why I would use this lead is for it's explosion, to keep the pace fast.

    ---

Mmkay, let's see. This is your standard Azelf Lead. It's been a favorite of many people for quite a long time. I've seen them used in nearly every battle, and because of this, many people pack a numerous amount of anti-leads. Now, there aren't a huge number of pokemon who can outspeed you, especially from the get-go. One Problem you may encounter is Trick-Scarf Leads. You go for rocks, and get stuck with that move. Thankfully though, Azelf can switch out and abuse it's new found speed later on. Watch out, Tyranitar completely obliterates you. Resists two of your attacks, and is immune to the other. A well placed Pursuit and your gone.

    Jolteon (M) @ Leftovers

    Info: Sub Passer Sponge

    Ability: Volt Absorb

    EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk/4 SDef

    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)

    - Thunderbolt

    - Substitute

    - Baton Pass

    - Hidden Power [ice]

Info: The first part of my amazing Duo. It also sub passes everyone, in which everyone here can benefit from it. Despite fragile defenses it's longevity is top notch, surviving many attacks because of Substitute, volt absorb, leftovers and high speed.

    ---

So your going for the Jolteon and Gyarados Offensive Core. With near Perfect Synergy, not alot can get in your way. The problem with this Core though, is Skarm Bliss completely walls it. Not only that, but a Skarmory vs Heatran can start juggling your team around with Whirlwind. Of course it will switch to Blissey as soon as you get back to Jolteon, but it has already scouted many members of your team, and putting you at a disadvantage when it comes to playing mindgames. I see you have Mixnape later on though, so this weakness is covered.

    Gyarados (M) @ Leftovers

    Role: Physical Sweeper

    Ability: Intimidate

    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd

    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Dragon Dance

    - Bounce

    - Earthquake

    - Waterfall

Info: The Second part of my amazing Duo, both are immune to each others main weaknesses. If everything goes off right for me, Jolteon with a Sub... baton passes to Gyarados and dodges an deadly earthquake. Then I dragon dance till my sub dies.

    ---

Your standard DD-Dos. Might I ask why you choose Bounce? It's a completely terrible move, it takes sero prediction for your opponent to bring in a counter. I reccomend Ice Fange, nearly the same coverage, handles the likes of Gliscor better, and has better accuracy. It even has a Hax factor to help with it's lackluster power, even though with enough DD's you'll be all set.

    Empoleon (M) @ Petaya Berry

    Ability: Torrent

    Role: Special Sweeper

    EVs: 12 HP/12 Def/234 Spd/252 SAtk

    Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

    - Agility

    - Substitute

    - Hydro Pump

    - Ice Beam

Info: My favorite pokemon and the strongest sweeper (Imo), standard set for it, this thing wreck absolute havoc when fully set up, and setting it up isn't that hard. Doing 40% with hydro pump to a blissey once is a testament to it's strength.

    ---

I have used Agilisubpoleon on numerous occasions, and it is quite the effective sweeper. Keep in mind though that you are walled by most any bulky waters, such as Vaporeon or Suicune (Especially the latter in the form of CroCune) I would reccomend squeezing Grass Knot on there somewhere, if you ditch Sub, I reccomend going with Life Orb in it's place.

    Gengar (M) @ Expert Belt

    Role: Suicider

    Ability: Levitate

    EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk

    Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)

    - Shadow Ball

    - Focus Blast

    - Thunderbolt

    - Explosion

Info: My designated suicider, I explode on whichever pokemon I think might cause me trouble.. SB, FB and TB for good coverage.

    ---

Okay then, more or less your standard Gengar, you really should be using ScarfGar or Specsgar. Trust me when I say that the little extra power/speed is very much needed for Gar. Exploding is fun, but watch out for enemy ghosts, they can ruin you, if they are scarfed (and you aren't) you'll be in for a hurting. A relatively nice pokemon though, especially with it's good coverage.

    Infernape (M) @ Life Orb

    Role: Wall Breaker

    Ability: Blaze

    EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk

    Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)

    - Fire Blast

    - Grass Knot

    - Nasty Plot

    - Close Combat

Info: The trump card under my sleeve. I fall prey to blissey, skarmory, gliscor, hippodon etc. As long as my opponent has blissey it unlocks this pokemons hidden potential. I switch to Infernape, the blissey often runs away to it's defensive wall counterpart. That's when I nasty plot and my opponent realizes he got trapped. Sometimes he switches back to blissey only to get 1HKO from close Combat.

    ---

Well this guy is commonly seen on Hyper Offense teams. You always want one mixed attacker, and Infernape is one of the best. I have zero complaints about this particular pokemon. Watch out for Gliscor though, it might not be faster, but it can survive a hit and KO you with Earthquake.

This team is suicidal, attacking until it dies. Bringing on the next counter until it dies as well. Baton Passing helps them set up, as my pokemon just need one free turn to set up.

Alot of this sets are standard but the way I play them is different.

I noticed some minor errors. Such as Offence (Pretty sure it's Offense), and Kamakazi (Actually Kamikaze [Kah-mee-kah-zay] Japanese for "Divine Wind") On a pokemon related note, It would almost seem like you've missed some crucial aspects of Hyper Offense. Where is your Choice Scarf Pokemon? as well as a Choice Band. You should have one of each if you are running Hyper Offense, the entire point is to Obliterate your opponents as fast as possible, without giving them the chance to do anything in return. It feels like you might have missed that point, otherwise, it's a good team, just not quite Hyper Offense.

A few notes to remember also, is that you have no priority moves. This will severely dampen your chances for success if you opponent manages to set up a sweep. I believe it takes gyara only 1 or 2 DD's to outspeed your team, and run right through it. To rectify this, at least in part, run a good priority abuser like Lucario or Scizor. I think that's all I have to say about this team. Also, to help with the team rating process, it hellps to include lengthy paragraphs on how the pokemon fights, as well as many scenario's it's been in, it shows us you've actually battled with it, and you will also be able to tell us it's weakpoints, for fixing.7/10

  13. Yanmega should stay BL. I've seen his sweeping capabilities as a lead in OU, and they are quite outstanding; however, it will never be good enough for OU, unless SR gets nerfed hard. The fact that it can only join the frey a maximum of Two times, is quite hard on him (Less if we factor in SS) not to mention the abundance of priority users (coughscizor) Will leave him sorely hurting. Very short repy, but it seems everyone else has made better points already.

As for Umbreon, it really depends on the metagame it's in. I mean, if we still had Salamence, Latias, and Garchomp, you can bet it'd be UU, but for now it seems to be OU. Perhaps, due to the flip-floppyness of it's nature, it should just take the middle ground and go BL.

  14. I was once on a site with a reputation system. They called it "Karma" There. I personally thought that it was a good idea, but it was Horrid in practive. Many people were abusing the system to their fullest potential. The admins had it set up so that anyone with-10 Karma lost posting privlages, and they ended up with -50. For no reason at all. Many other members were recieving negative Karma on extremely well thought out and considered posts, simply because the ideals of that post differed from that dealing karma at that time. I think it is a decent idea, but one that is far to easy to abuse. A system like GameFAQS, would probably be better, but I've no clue how it actually works.

  15. I was writing a HUGE response to this, but I accidentally hit the back button on my mouse:( Because of this, I'm just going to condense that message. I have a lot of tough points that need to be made, and I refuse to sugarcoat it. Read it and rant at me about how I'm wrong, I don't really care, I'm just helping you out. If you feel the need to try to defend yourself against someone helping you, then you should be worried about other stuff rather than whether or not this team will succeed.

Don't worry, I hate sugar-coating. While I do understand you are trying to help, I will in fact defend my reasonings. I do this Primarily, because if I didn't justify anything I did, then I'd just be listening to what any idiot tells me. While I doubt you are any less intelligent than anyone else here, I will still uphold to this. If you can prove your points over mine, then I can see clearly how I was wrong, and will listen as needed. There may be times when I agree, so it's not like I am going to completely set myself against everyone, just to make a point.

1.Concept: Weather is a gimmick style of play in generation 4. No point in arguing against it, that's the way it is. Running two weathers is like shooting yourself in the foot. There are several times when you will be wasting turns trying to get the right weather up, and you could easily accidentally help the opponent or hurt yourself. You can't truly abuse both weathers well together, and I think that the cons FAR outweigh the pros. Also, I have a feeling that you thought up this concept, then tried to find stuff that fit it without thinking too much of strategy. I don't think this concept can truly take off, and I especially don't think that this team is using this concept to its full potential (whatever that is).

Most weather teams are Gimmicky. Especially Sunny Day and Hail. (Rain sees some use thanks to Swift Swim) Sandstorm; However, is not. With the ability to completely negate most Leftovers users (Namely Blissey, Celebi, and Suicune) Their ability to stall is already cut down. Constant wear and tear of the Sand, will damage a large portion of the rest, such as Gyarados and Infernape, both of whome typically carry Life Orb, adding onto the Damage. When you count SR Damage, Gyarados really can't stick around for very long. Added to this, is Rock Types (Tyranitar) gain a 50% Special Defense boost, allowing them to take hits much better. Plus, some really killer abilities like Sand Veil (Actually I think that's the only one.). Keep in mind Sand Veil was one of many reasons Garchomp hit the BanWagon. I find Sandstorm to be "Super Effective", and Tyranitar wouldn't be in the Top 10 OU if that weren't true. I realize that THIS team in particular is Gimmicky, as you said, it's like shooting myself in the foot, but I find that I don't use Rain as much. Here's how it would work in a real-scenario. If my opponent has a Sandstorm Team, I could shift gears to Rain Dance, robbing them of their advantage, and giving me one as well, whereas if they were anything else, I stay Sandy. I did the best I could to keep pokemon who could function in both weather's adequetly, and feel that I lived up to this quite well, albeit, the team is now compeltely out of date, which is partially the reason I brought this over from where it was orginally posted, as to help it recieve a sort of "Makeover" . The strategy, if you will, is Bulky Offense. It is how I always used to play, since my style typically involves lots of switching around.

    2. Little effort put in: Despite the fact that you know this team is outdated, you posted this RMT with stuff about Salamence and Latias. I'm fine with you asking about how you can replace Latias, but you are writing like they are both still usable (thankfully they are gone). Also, you obviously haven't looked into or even thought about even month old shifts, let alone present day activity in the metagame. You are hit hard by Fire/Water/Grass core and stuff that try to beat it. Even older stuff like Mixmence, DD mence, Breloom, Scarftar, and Latias tear this team apart. Really, it feels like you were just bored, saw the forum, and decided to post this team. [/quote/

Quite a considerable amount of effort went into making the orignal team. It was very good back then, and yes it is now extremely out of date. I more or less posted this straight from the original. In all honesty, I was pretty damn bored, and just posted this because it was the only RMT I had on hand, and I did want to post one. ~Shurgs~ you caught me here. Moving on.

    3. The other stuff: Look at the top 15 OU of July. Of the top 15, you have problems with ALL of them. Gengar or Starmie will stop a LOT of these problems. As it is obvious you haven't tested this concept or this team out anywhere near halfway enough, or at all recently, I'm not going to bother saying much more until you've fixed the thing up, or at least explained it a bit more. If you want me to try it out or try battling it, I'd be happy to oblige, just tell me when you want to meet on Wifi or Shoddy.

I have tested a more recent version of this team, an example of which can be found in the Warstories section. The team still isn't quite up to snuff. I would actually, be interested in a battle (I almost always am). I'm on most days from 10:30-6:00 GMT-5 (I think, whichever one is Eastern Atlantic Time [uS]) Shoddy Server would be prefferable.

  16. Hello. I felt like posting a War Story up here. It's nothing special really, just some battle I had on Smogon's Server. Enjoy

The teams, in order of Appearence~

    Sabeta's Team

    tyranitar.gifswampert.gifgliscor.gifempoleon.gifkingdra.gifscizor.gif

    Satos' Team

    heracross.gifsuicune.gifporygon-z.gifdonphan.gifespeon.gifbreloom.gif

Rules: Ladder Match, Sleep Clause, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause, Evasion Clause, Species Clause, Strict Damage Clause

    tyranitar.gifVSheracross.gif

sabeta_sama sent out Tyranitar (lvl 100 Tyranitar ?).

Satos3047 sent out Heracross (lvl 100 Heracross ?).

Tyranitar's Sand Stream whipped up a sandstorm!

    A sandstorm brewed!

sabeta_sama switched in Swampert (lvl 100 Swampert ?).

    Heracross used Close Combat.

Swampert lost 44% of its health.

    Heracross's defence was lowered.

    Heracross's special defence was lowered.

    The sandstorm rages.

Heracross is buffetted by the sandstorm!

Heracross lost 6% of its health.

Swampert's leftovers restored its health a little!

Swampert restored 6% of its health.

Okay, so Immediately I can tell what is going to happen. It was so painfully Obvious that he would Close Combat. I decide to switch into something I know can take it. I lose a little more than I had expected, and in retrospect, I should have switched to someone else; however, I got the job done. Oh, I was barely paying this battle any attention, just sort of going through the motions.

    ---

    swampert.gifVSheracross.gif

Satos3047 switched in Suicune (lvl 100 Suicune).

    Suicune is exerting its pressure!

    Swampert used Surf.

    It's not very effective...

Suicune lost 12% of its health.

    The sandstorm rages.

Suicune is buffetted by the sandstorm!

Suicune lost 6% of its health.

Suicune's leftovers restored its health a little!

Suicune restored 6% of its health.

Swampert's leftovers restored its health a little!

Swampert restored 6% of its health.

Not a whole lot Happens here. With his Lowered Defenses, he switches out to Suicune to Absorb my Surf. I probably could have thrown Stealth Rocks up now, but I'm pretty sure I get to it later.

    ---

    swampert.gifVSsuicune.gif

    Suicune used Calm Mind.

    Suicune's special attack was raised.

    Suicune's special defence was raised.

    Swampert used Earthquake.

Suicune lost 36% of its health.

Roughly at this point, my brain shuts off as I have to argue with my younger brothers about them leaving my Wii on all freakin' night. I completely lose focus on the battle, and keep spamming Earthquake, only taking note that I'm doing damage, and he isn't. I figure if he does manage to kill me, I have something in reserve that can kill him.

    ---

    swampert.gifVSsuicune.gif

    Suicune used Calm Mind.

    Suicune's special attack was raised.

    Suicune's special defence was raised.

    Swampert used Earthquake.

Suicune lost 36% of its health.

Still spamming Earthquake. I believe at this point it is at low health. Still arguing with my brothers.

    ---

    swampert.gifVSsuicune.gif

    Suicune used Surf.

Swampert lost 70% of its health.

    Swampert used Earthquake.

Suicune lost 15% of its health.

    Satos3047's Suicune fainted.

    The sandstorm rages.

Swampert's leftovers restored its health a little!

Swampert restored 6% of its health.

So as it turns out, spamming the crap out of Earthquake was the way to go. Still I took a lot of damage right there at the end. I no longer have the opportunity to set up Stealth Rocks like I had hoped.

    ---

    swampert.gifVSporygon-z.gif

Satos3047 switched in Porygonz (lvl 100 Porygonz).

    Porygonz used Tri Attack.

Swampert lost 17% of its health.

    sabeta_sama's Swampert fainted.

    The sandstorm rages.

Porygonz is buffetted by the sandstorm!

Porygonz lost 6% of its health.

I wasn't thinking very well. I knew Tri-Attack was coming, I could have easily switched to Tyranitar, absorbed it, and used Swampert as Suicide Fodder later on. ~Oh well~ It dies here because I was still arguing. Luckilly, the dispute ended with me winning, and the two left me alone for the rest of this fight.

    ---

    tyranitar.gifVSdonphan.gif

sabeta_sama switched in Tyranitar (lvl 100 Tyranitar ?).

Tyranitar's Sand Stream whipped up a sandstorm!

Satos3047 switched in Donphan (lvl 100 Donphan ?).

    Tyranitar used Crunch.

Donphan lost 37% of its health.

    Donphan's defence was lowered.

    The sandstorm rages.

Donphan's leftovers restored its health a little!

Donphan restored 6% of its health.

Of course I bring in my T-Tar now, and immediately try to crunch. A Donphan shows up. I'm not that stressed though. These things are pretty good Rapid Spinners, but I preffer Tentacruel and Starmie. Still this one can boast being neutral to Ghosts (Spin Blockers), but he can't hurt them, since his only real attacks are Earthquake and Ice Shard.

    ---

    gliscor.gifVSdonphan.gif

sabeta_sama switched in Gliscor (lvl 100 Gliscor ?).

    Donphan used Earthquake.

    Donphan's attack missed!

    The sandstorm rages.

Donphan's leftovers restored its health a little!

Donphan restored 6% of its health.

Too easy. This guy is really easy to predict. I bring this guy in to Dodge Earthquake. This is the standard SD set, so I'm feeling like I can cause some nice damage here after one Swords Dance. So that's what I'm gonna go for.

    ---

    gliscor.gifVSdonphan.gif

    Gliscor used Swords Dance.

    Gliscor's attack was sharply raised.

    Donphan used Stealth Rock.

Pointed stones float in the air around the foe's team!

    The sandstorm rages.

Donphan's leftovers restored its health a little!

Donphan restored 6% of its health.

I suddenly remember just now that many Donphan carry Ice Shard. >.> I haven't seen him used in ages, was he ever knocked down into UU or something? Oh well, I manage to get my Swords Dance up like I had hoped. I'm not overly concerned about Ice Shard, the bulk on this guy is amazing. It once survived and Ice Punch from Machamp, so I'm sure I can take Shard.

    ---

    gliscor.gifVSheracross.gif

He for whatever reason Switches. I love the raw power Gliscor has, not to mention just how cheap Sand Veil is. (Can anyone say Garchomp?) That ability has literally won me battles. Anyway, unless it miraculously packs Ice Punch, I have nothing to fear from this bug. So I stay in.

I shrug off a pretty weak Stone Edge, then Ariel Ace it into Oblivion. I'm honestly Surpised Stone Edge even connected, but that's just how the dice rolls I suppose.

Current Score: 5-4 (At least I'm pretty sure that's what it is.)

Yeah, I really should have payed more attention to this battle. Another death that could have easily been avoided by simply switching to Tyranitar. Still, my Battler's intuition tells me it's Choiced. So revenge killing is easy.

Whaddya know it does. Unfortunately my Life Orb decides to kill me too. Wouldn't it be a little interesting if Life Orb could only drop you to 1 Hp, and no longer? It'd probably make things a bit more broken. Oh well, dead is dead.

I bring in Kingdra, more or less predicting his Donphan to come back. Instead he sends in Espeon. I figure I might not be able live whatever it does, but I don't care, because it will lock itself into that move, allowing Tyranitar to finish off his team. Instead, it uses Grass Knot, which didn't hurt Too bad, and proceed to Waterfall out of this world.

I was hoping I could finish this battle with Waterfall. Unfortunately Donphan has super mega epic bulk, and so I take the brunt of his attack. As it turns out, he had thunder fang. He REALLY should have gone with Earthquake here, he keeps using weaker non-stab moves on me, when his STAB move is much stronger, and still Neutral. Oh well. My Kingrda seriously dents him, then faints.

I wasn't paying attention this match, like at all. Hell, I wasn't even playing as well as I normally do. Anyway, this is just here so I can have something to show off. Enjoy reading it, it was more fun typing this up than the battle itself. Ciao

  17. Another name that mine is only one character away from. The other is Sabata, the Dark Boy, from the Boktai Series. (Sabata, is if i'm not mistaken, a common Spanish name)
