    So, can anyone show me how to use FTBrony to import the save manager homebrew, so that I may not have to take out the microSD of my New 3DS XL? Edit: Is anyone else experiencing slow speed on this forum currently? I'm guessing there is a traffic spike?

    Sweet mother of Arceus, IT WORKS! Some notes: When I noticed my OR backup had no file extension, my natural tendency was to give it the .bin extension. When I tried to import my edited save while it had the .bin extension, the save manager app didn't like that. So, I removed the .bin extension, and it imported like a charm. I cloned my Event Shiny Rayquaza 6 times as a simple test. IMPORTANT: I've only tested my OR, but I'm assuming, whatever filename the save manager gives to the backup file, the edited file has to keep the same name for the import to work.

    Considering Youtube/Google really has nothing to lose from 3DS Homebrew, we can assume that Youtube will not patch this exploit. Still, I guess we also have to assume that it's not a 100% guarantee.

    He has tweeted that PKHex works with TDVS, and I saw that he has it on his SD card, in his Tubehax/Ironhax tutorial video.

    Yes, but not yet. The particular save editing tool yet to come is called TDVS, also written by Smea, I believe. Meanwhile, you can use PKHex to create all the .ekx files you need, so that you'll be ready to inject when the opportunity finally comes .

    No, but a hacker named Smealum just released a Homebrew Launcher that can be used through Youtube and/or Ironfall: Invasion. If you hadn't downloaded Ironfall yet, that game has been removed due to this exploit. If you have the Youtube 3DS app downloaded, then you can use this with a unique DNS address which smealum shows in his tutorial video. You can find and follow him on Twitter.

    So, since tubehax uses an alternate DNS, is there any chance this exploit can be used to hack the X/Y/OR/AS GTS?

    Yeah, I confirmed this too a few hours ago. Fortunately, I downloaded it on 2/3 of my 3DSes before it got pulled.

    According to Smealum, it has only been taken down in EU atm. It may not be because of Ironhax..yet.

    Unless you have the luxury of having a total of 3 3DS's, hold onto your 9.5.0.22 firmware. As for me, my 3DS XL is on 9.5.0.22, and my 3DS and N3DS XL are fully updated, and I made sure to download the latest updates for all my games before the next firmware update.

    Whew, I just updated to 9.5.0.22 a couple days ago. Barely dodged a bullet.

    Ok, but the automatic Game Sync can be turned off. And I may have synced an old X save with unreleased abilities I had transferred through Bank, but never had any problems. I accidentally synced my OR save just now because that Game Sync button has no confirmation prompt . But still, my save doesn't have Hoopa, Volcanion, or any hackmons, so I'll make sure that never happens again.
