<p><p><p><p><p><p>Matthew 19:6 seems to state "Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." (the whole chapter is about that) while verse 9 states "And I say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, <strong>except it be for fornication</strong>, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery." The only grounds for divorce as Jesus states is through infidelity. Malachi 2:16 has God stating he hates divorce. Either way, divorce was seen as a taboo and now that it is commonplace, a lot of families are broken.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
<p><p><p><p><p><p>The point though is that I was surprised it is considered a dumb law, which is the P.C. people's ideas of what's stupid and what isn't. Meh.</p></p></p></p></p></p>
