    i need help with the max all EV code. i'm following the instructions, but it doesn't seem to be working. i've managed to get the maxed IV code to work though, so i dunno what the problem is. does the EV code not work if you already have 255 EVs in a stat or something?

    anyone know a code for max EVs in all stats? and explain how to use it?
