how come when I input random numbers on the IVs with a random PID the test still comes out as valid? the same is the case with random pokemon types, classes, and hex values.

So, I was trying to make some Korean event pokemons, but for some reason the characters won't change. Is there a way to fix this?

1) POkesaved Egg hatched pokemon 2) Bred pokemon from a pair of pokesaved pokemon 3) Wild caught pokemon with modified IVs Im asking because i see a lot of people stil actually breeding pokemons and im not sure why. And would a wild pokemon caught with IV Modifier be considered hack even if the IVs were carefully chosen to match a possible PID? And lastly, is a legitimate pokemon any more legitimate than a pokesaved pokemon? can it be checked at all? :confused:
