Dark Roxas

Sorry to ask ,but how do i do this >_< Edit: i deleted my pokemon and added a lvl 1 aipom and the problem still exists

So i was using the pokesav,so i save blah blah i turn on my ds and go to the PC to move my pokemon and i see Question marks on empty slots and when i go see my party the game freezes and the music keeps playing O-O idk what happened can anyone help please....
