I don't know if this is the answer you're looking for but you can just make a folder and then drop all the Pokémon you have into it to basically act as a MasterDex. That's what I've been doing for my National Dex and it's been working great. -
I'm just wondering if PKHeX will ever add an feature to edit Ogre Oustin scores & clear checks (Assuming that's actually possible to do) since eventually the fateful encounter Crafty Mark Shiny Munchlax will be impossible to get without online so it would be a cool for future proofing.

Made an account just to ask this but.... What about Outbreak events? Null Outbreak file doesn't seem to support 3.0.0 nor does it have the null file for Indigo Disk Outbreaks. (Only Paldea and Kitakami)
