    When I do a master dump and look at the Pokémon learn set in the text document it has the correct moves but in game it's still wrong so I'm really at a loss here

    I also can't restore the original files in PKNX either. The option is greyed out. If anyone knows why this is as well I would love to know

    For some reason the TR that my Pokémon can learn in shield are different than what they normally are. I went into PKNX and checked what there learnable TRs are and it says that they are all normal. But despite that when I go in game they aren't. For example my Koffing can learn the TR for Leaf blade despite obviously not being able to normally. I went in and checked PKNX again for Koffing and it says that it can't learn Leaf blade even though I can teach it the move in game. I want to have my Pokémon learn set the same as they are in the normal game and not have any weird or random new moves. How can I fix this

    I've also noticed that for the tr learnset all pokemon have the same randomized learnset not different if that helps at all

    My other theory is that it just says things are randomized when they aren't maybe? For example rookidee says it evolves into Mandibuzz at level 54 but maybe it doesn't or it does for a different reason? I know it's a bit of a stretch but it's the best I got

    I'm officially at a loss. I went for the nuclear option and deleted yuzu entirely to try and erase all previous data from it and it STILL has my game randomized no matter how I dump the game or where I get it from. I know you have tried to help already @Kaphoticsand I do appreciate that a lot but If you have any more suggestions or even just things for to try or take a gamble on please let me know.

    I've redumped my rom and reinstalled a completely new rom as well and the changes are still the same. It's not a pre modded rom either as the changes that are made are consistent with what my originally randomized changes were. My guess is that yuzu is saving the changes I've made to my rom but I don't understand why. I've redumped the rom numerous times but it still gives me the same weird randomized files. I'm really at a loss as to why it does this even after I deleted my romfs and tried to start fresh.

    How do I delete just the modded files? I'm not even sure what all of the files that got randomized were but if I can find out I will. I just don't know how to find exactly what I need to delete

    My PKNX has randomized my Pokémon shield roms evolutions, learn sets and other things. I'm trying to just factory reset PKNX so nothing is randomized and I can edit Pokémon manually in their regular forms. I was told I need to delete the layered FS folders in both Yuzu and PKNX to do this but I can not for the life of me find them anywhere. Maybe I'm just stupid and that's totally fine but If anyone has any suggestions on where to find those folders or how I can un randomize my rom in PKNX I would be eternally grateful.

    I reinstalled my Pokemon Shield Rom but it still has the randomized moves and evolutions even though it's a new rom. I get that I have to delete something in PKNX as well but I really can't find the layered fs or what that would be.

    Ok I'm not really sure what you're talking about but either way that didn't fix my problem either. I can't find the layered FS folder you were talking about @KaphoticsI looked through my PKNX folder and didn't see anything called layered FS

    Where are the layered FS folders on PKNX and yuzu. I looked in the PKNX folder and the yuzu file directory but I didn't see either. I'm probably just looking in the wrong place but I would appreciate some guidance

    I have PKNX working fine but for some reason all of the evolutions and tm compatibility and likely other things are randomized. I don't remember ever doing this but even if I did accidently I want to undo it. I just want every Pokémon to have nothing changed about them and be like they are in regular sword and shield so I can edit them myself. I tried redownloading PKNX and redumping my game but it didn't fix the problem.

    Do you know where I could find them or what the effect ID would be? Or do they not have an effect ID since there not storable moves. I would think that they would still have some form of an effect ID for what there secondary effect is even if it's stored differently. Thank you for your help so far.
