    Why can Exploud no longer learn 'Boomburst'? Which is like his signature ability and the only reason why his low stats don't make him too weak to be used. But without Boomburst, it feels like you can just take any other pokemon with better typing and stats and teach it the same moves. Even more than balance, it just feels bad for the Loudspeaker pokemon to not be able to Boomburst
