    Oh nevermind. Wild Pokemon are shiny, the starter isn't affected by the shiny chance for some reason

    So I tried setting the shiny rate to always but I wasn't getting shiny's. Am I supposed to put the Exefs with the romfs in the atmosphere folder? or do I put it in a different location?
