PK3DS IV Stat Error? Due to not being able to find anything confirming what the 1-255 number means for IV/EVs, I decided to do some testing. I can see that when I export trainer data, for Roxanne, it says that her IVs are all 20. This is with an IV number of 160. From what I can find, there are no EVs at all for trainers, and maybe neutral natures only. I decided to test this against Roxanne's Geodude. With an IV of 20 and a neutral nature, at level 12, we should see a speed stat of 12. With a negative nature, we should see a speed stat of 10. Through testing, however, the speed stat of this Geodude is confirmed to be 9. ( I battle with a both a 9 and 10 speed pokemon and got a speed tie and outspeed respectively) The only way this is possible, is that the Geodude has a negative speed nature and an IV of max 18, or a neutral nature with an IV of 1. I will continue testing to see which of these is more likely, but if you could shine some light on this, it'd be much appreciated! Edit: For anyone interested, it seems that the IV number works as IV Mod 32. So in the case above, as 32 goes into 160 exactly, the remainder is 0, meaning the IVs will actually be 0.
