The Celebi will never be legal unless you have managed to guess a correct PID for it by a stroke of luck or you know the algorithm it conforms to, which I doubt. I didn't actually bother to check the other ones. Besides, its TID and SID are both incorrect. The TID should be 31121 and the SID should be 0, I believe.

To fix the thrash bytes on the ones I told you, use ThrashBytes.exe. You can find it on this forum.
It should be in the same folder as when you download legal.exe.
It's trash not thrash. >.>;

Can you post what it is? Cause I've never heard of it.
He's probably referring to RNG Reporter. You really need to know what you're doing to use it successfully though.
-
The Arceus is also available at Kmart.
-
What region is your game from? If it's anything other than English or Japanese then it'll show up as invalid.
-
You don't need to change anything. Read this thread for more information.

I am pretty sure wish pokemon cannot have a hometown of emerald
I'm sorry for doubting you but why not? Didn't they come as Eggs which could've hatched in any of the GBA games?
-
Make sure the value for Party Members Amount is correct.
-
Isn't this what the whole forum is for? The forum isn't active enough to warrant a whole thread that individual threads are currently being used for.
-
Well he does say it's an issue with the online mode so it may not be because of legality altogether because Pokemon get copied offline But then again, I've hardly played Pokemon Battle Revolution so I'm not too sure.
I had a quick look at the Pokemon last night and besides the obvious trash bytes missing, there aren't any major mistakes that I think Pokemon Battle Revolution would notice.

You need to extract your save file somehow then open it using Pokesav then exporting each individual Pokemon you want to check. I don't really have any experience with Action Replays so you're on your own there. If you do extract the save file somehow, you might need to convert it to the raw save format (.sav).

Thanks for your help.
My pokemon appears to be legit after normalizing the trash bytes.
But when it evolved, it shows invalid again.
Do I need further modification on that?
No, it remains legal in that state.

I'm actually excited for this. I actually went to the real PokePark in Japan in 2005.

Game Boy? You mean DS? o_o;
Every ROM produces a save file after being run at least once right? Open that save file with Pokesav and export it by saving the Pokemon as a .pkm file.
-
I'm sure more people would be willing to help is you sent the .pkm file instead.

All 3 Heracross are valid: Type - Hatched
Aggron is valid: Type - Unknown GBA Type
All 3 Psyducks are valid: Type - Hatched
Bagon is valid: Type - Unknown GBA Type
Chansey is valid: Type - Normal NDS or GBA
Farfetch's is valid: Type - Wild NDS or GBA
Kangaskhan is valid: Type - Unknown GBA Type
I barely see how you can deduce that all the Wish Pokemon are valid. Care to explain? Just because its type is Unknown GBA doesn't make it valid as far as I know.
I don't know too much about the GTS Pokemon so I won't comment on those.

Thank you Sabresite for the update. =)

It is Normal NDS/GBA or Wild NDS/GBA, but becuase the IVs are limited, when you put it through Legal.exe, it will say Roaming GBA.
Could you tell us what the limits of each of the IVs are?
-
Just open your save file using Pokesav and change your Pokemon from x to y. Done.

Aww, I got beaten to posting this. :<

Sorry I'm a little new and thanks for all the websites you gave me but what is a Flashcard for?
That's his signature. He didn't actually intend to give you those links. >.>;

I can't believe I never knew of this until now. I spent half an hour just then getting a shiny Spinarak. 8)

You can't catch the Mareep line in Ruby.
Here's one with it from Emerald, where it can be obtained.
What if you hatched it in Ruby?
-
Use YOUR common sense.
Does Froslass evolve from a Pokemon from a GBA game??
In answer to the question, any are fine, but I think Normal D/P or GBA would be the most common and easiest to work with.
Ah, oops. My mistake. I'd only just woken up and didn't think about what Froslass evolved from. >.>;
Best flashcard for dsi?

That's technically false. MoonShell 2 was based on the M3 Sakura firmware, not the other way around.![;)](https://projectpokemon.org/home/uploads/emoticons/wink.png)
But like pretty much everyone else has said, get an Acekard 2i.
