black 2 / white 2 Pokémon Blaze Black 2 & Pokémon Volt White 2

Okay so uhh I got Black 2 off of ebay and it was a physical copy of blaze black 2, and i'm messing around with it a bit, it says the cartridge is Ace3ds+, I've never done this stuff before but I want to know if it's possible to transfer Gen 4 Pokemon to this, transfer this to Poke Transfer or whatever it is, but I also want to know how to do the event things using the like DNS or whatever trick, so if you can, could you tell me if I can do those, and for the third one, how?
