The C-Gear app is a real lifesaver, since it fixed my Black City guys who i inadvertently allowed to leave.
Use the bottom button on the app's main page to access the Black City + White Forest editor.
Expired trainers appear on the right list, move them to the left list by inputting their details and using the first button ('Modify', i guess) like you would in pokesav's item list editors. To be safe, set the numeric value to it's max (100) just in case. Not sure if it's how it works legitimately, but i also erased the right list afterward (using the third button).

Too much information listed on this page, most Mystery Gift events do not specify a gender unless in an extremely rare case if they do, or if the species dictates. Besides, I have a few of these Trade for Evolution pokemon on my mess save, and they are indeed random.Poképedia is a kind of specialized wikipedia pokemon.Personally I trust them. http://www.pokepedia.fr/index.php/Liste_des_Pok%C3%A9mon_distribu%C3%A9s_en_2010 >> everything down !
What about your sources ?

The DW "events" are male exclusive.
Not true.
Dream World pokemon are skewed highly towards being male, so all of these exclusive moves that they have are deliberately 'wasted', and makes it so females are more of a prize when you get them for their abilities.

Don't have the files or programs on this computer at the moment, but the arm9 instruction binary is LZ-encrypted. I have been able to decrypt and reencrypt the arm9 with the J's changed to E. Yet, as already stated, the only (apparent) problem is the RSA signature-- something of which i cannot change, and will keep crashing the client DS.

Arceus isn't banned from GTS, the ribbon it carries is.my vote would be for Arceus, because it is the only poke that is still banned from the GTS, and maybe if it occurs from the dream world, you may already enabled, even if only in BW. -
Do not use Legality Checker to verify any pkm made from recent events, as it has not been updated for a long while.

You sure? I was able to receive multiple eggs in my Platinum, from a wiped and replayed Ranger1 cart.If you already sent over the Manaphy Egg from Ranger 1 or Ranger 2, you won't be able to receive the Egg from Ranger 3 unless you delete your D/P/Pt/HG/SS save file. -
I'm definitely going to have a go at this, I believe I had DNS problems with other versions/softwares.

Here's the .pkm for Ash's Pikachu.PCD, PGT, PKM were provided earlier.
Try to read back through the thread first, before uploading unnecessary files?

Yeah, it is xxxE. And I knew that when I wrote the post, too; Nintendo's game code system is just so confusing I slipped for a second there.
Box and label materials lie, so technically, xxxP roms do not exist. For example: I have a UK Emerald, which marked as BPEP but the rom image is BPEE. For this reason alone is why I like to omit subregion from game codes and take game codes themselves seriously.
I could be wrong on localised European versions too, for all I care, as I've never actually checked them out before; yet I'll assume them as F/D/I/S.
It's a cheap way to market a mass of cartridges this way just changing the promotional materials, manuals, covers and labels.

Poke Festa Magmar and Electabuzz were parallel broadcasts, to Diamond and Pearl respectively.

More on this... I can access the HyperGTS server from across my network, being able to cause invalid GTS requests using my PSP's browser, but it's just the DS that will not connect, citing that it cannot connect to WFC.Hi... Having some problems with first time using a GTS app. Decided to start with HyperGTS, since I haven't gotten Python yet. My notebook is the only computer in the house with a recent .NET install for anything (version is 3.5 SP1, to be precise), so that's another thing. The problem is that I apparently cannot get port TCP80 free, as the pkmsend test app says so.
Before I started anything, I set up a static IP in my router for my notebook (192.168.1.111) and set up virtual server ports (closest thing I could find to 'port forwarding') for TCP80 and UDP53. I don't have any firewall or anti-virus active to meddle with these ports on the notebook side.
I start up HyperGTS, and run a "netstat -an" command alongside it. At this point, netstat did not show that TCP80 was taken by any visible process, and another check with the pkmsend test app said TCP80 was not free.

I didn't think that initial address was anywhere near right, so I disabled IPv6 on my wireless and did a reboot. Another startup of HyperGTS yielded the same messed-up address, with IPv6 off.

http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y108/OmegaNine/hyper_after.png
I continued on, correcting the address to my 192.168.1.111 local address, and started up netstat again.
I haven't been able to figure out the problem, and I can't see anything that would mess this up.

Irrelevant. If they wanted to make it available only to Europe, they could have made it so the Mystery Gift servers checked if the game was NTR-****-EUR.Nintendo USA's responsibility is to provide access to NTR-xxxE-xxx games, of which can be -USA, -AUS; likewise, Nintendo Europe is responsible for games marked as NTR-xxxF/D/I/S (France, Germany, Italy, Spain respectively)

To an extent, if the event itself used a static pid, and you make one which is dynamic that's supposed to be static, then it's pretty obvious it's been hacked so obviously wouldn't be legal.
Dynamic PID is still legal, as it uses the game's random number generator to determine the PID upon receiving the gift Pokemon.
If there's a change from a predetermined static PID to dynamic PID (say, in the context of an event giveaway), all you're doing is removing that Pokemon's legitimacy and not it's legality.

You never know with Nintendo.
Hoping for an event here like with that Arceus that came out for last year's movie, though.
-
Illegal status may be caused by their movesets. Are the movie 13 legendaries supposed to come up as illegal or hacked in the legailty checker? At least that's what I get when I run both sets of pkm files through it anyway... The PIDs that are listed in the files do not even come up when you search for PIDs with the selected IVs. Sorry if this has bveen discussed already. -

Well, now they're just asking for abuse. I wonder how long before someone comes up with an exploit like the GTS one that allows for an edited *.sav to be sent to a cart over your local network?
This.
Beats having to buy fancy adaptors like with HGSS.

Castform needs a ground/rock form for Sandstorm.
-
Yes, you can use an AR, but its not legal or legit.
depends on whether the code renders only a certain (and sometimes also very small) range of PIDs, of which a lot of shiny codes do.

TRU.I grabbed one from Big W and it's the same one. I'd like to know if yours was from Toys R Us or Big W.Now that I know that Big W is serving the same poke, I don't need to go there now; thanks!
