I wasn't really that interested in a region-locked event, for something as silly as Vital Spirit on these.
I've picked up four cards, kinda interested if collecting these is repeatable before I scratch the other pair.

You can use PokeCGear to do that.
-
You mentioned serial codes, Guested, and I had no idea at the time about why they would do that.
Seems that Tesco (UK) preorders come with a unique code for 12 Quick Balls.

You should try to actually read the thread first, before you ask for help

I have no problems with BW2 on PokeCGear.

Here we go. And available to all games, too.

It's impossible to transfer in the way that you specify. You'll only be able to use PokeBoxGBA to save in 3gpkm formats, which will not be recognized by PokeBox or PokeBox2.
Look into using Pal Park and Poke Transfer.

Check your no$gba.ini file, and make sure you have SAV/SNA File Format == Raw

7. Will there be a Jump button like normal games? (Referencing the rope swing)
The little foot symbols might make it automatic
Also, Pokemon #666 better be a Ghost-type.
-
Best way to do this is to send eggs next time.
-
Not available for me either.

I don't quite understand what this topic is about, but...
PokeboxGBA saves and loads pokemon with the GPK filetype, as 100b files for party pokemon and 80b files for box pokemon.
As compared to Enciclopedia Pokemon, which saves using the PKM filetype but they should still be 100b/80b.
As it stands, it looks like you're trying to load the wrong files? I dunno

Your antivirus is removing it when you run it. Not much that can be done about it.

Where do I go to ask for help regarding legitimacy problems? I uploaded a generated Pokemon on Pokecheck to check its legitimacy but there are one or two things I just need help on. Apparently posted in the wrong forum the first time so just wanna make sure I get it right.
Pokecheck is not for fixing generated pokemon.

It's inline text, so probably not.
The top AR flag, you don't really have to undo, but it'll redo itself when you retrieve your new AR pokes. It's only really a marker that you used Dream Radar.
The non-AR flags, you should not touch. They are for the Therians' mirror, so leave them in their altered state unless you want to cause possible crashes by receiving a Key Item again.
-
You didn't read this? Undo the event flags.
-
I have already provided a method. Read the thread, please.
-
Unfortunately, that feature was not implemented before the program was discontinued.
Hmm, is there a way to erase the game's Dream Radar data so that you can receive the legends a second time? I thought the tool might just ignore whatever limited that in the game if the Pokemon were just inserted anyway, but I get a "Dream Radar data is corrupt" message when I try.Tried resetting the Event Flags? Right-hand column of PokeTrainer, first button under the statistics (after unlocking). Double-click all the items in there that are marked with 'AR', and they should change to empty values. Not tested it, myself, but that should do it.

If this is B2W2 (U/E), then I'm not sure, personally. Technically, it won't be compatible if any minute details were changed in localisation.
The newer version of PokeCGear actually structures the buttons based on the forest now, so if you are using the higher buttons you need to go deeper into the forest, with the single topmost button being a visually different room. So maybe try putting legendary pokemon only in the glade at the end of the forest?
*update*
Ah, I think I understand now. Certain rooms (depths 3 through 7, and the special depth above 7) are disabled by default.
On a game that has received a pokemon like PGL Arceus, the special depth seems to be unlocked to accommodate it. I don't know much about the forest, so it appears that the total depth can be expanded some way, or unofficially by that long horizontal set of buttons just below your blue box. Prior to this, I had no idea what those buttons did.
[Depth 2] [Depth 3] [Depth 4] [Depth 5] [Depth 6] [Depth 7]
[special depth]

PokeCGear uses the POKEMAIN text files for the input fields, so it's definitely possible to make that easier.
Replace these text files over the ones in your PokeStock2 > POKEMAIN directory. Should help a little.
-
The PokeStock2 site is down since Monday, this is probably due to the recent law passed in Japan against piracy.
Thanks for the info; I didn't know about the anti-piracy thing.
As for a guide, I put something quick together

The Pokestock BBS has shut down recently, so 3.7 is the last version for the time being.
As far as I'm aware, a preemptive message was placed on the board stating all downloads were being removed on the 30th of September. The BBS must have shut down not long afterward.

It manipulates the game cart. As far as I know, no flashcard would be compatible.

I was under the impression that the Mew carts were sometimes braced into the GBA and most always taped in with tamper-proof tape.
