You shouldn't expect anything from the Unreleased/Beta PKM category to be legal. Some might be, but only because they match another Pokemon that was actually available.

Hey dude so Im rarely ever on here much but I be racking my brain on that wc5full pidove file, I try to follow the steps but its like things are just not clicking, is there a tutorial video I can watch that may help me out?

Hey, so maybe you can assist me, there's another collection of files that on here that had not only event pokemon but also lottery pokemon as well, you wouldn't happen to know where its at would you?

No I thought you converted the Pidove Wc5full file into a Pgf 

Hey so I kept rechecking the download file, and I never saw the Pgf you said you were gonna upload 

  Can you send me that Pgf? 

Im not foolish, I did trim it down and it still didn't work

Im mainly trying to extract the Pidove file but even after changing its name, it won't load or show up on PkHex 

Do you have any for Gen 3 and 4

If you check that folder it won't contain the Pk Blue Trades in English

I couldn't open any of these files using PkHex, I kept switching from Black to White but nothing worked.

My bad but This is the same file I extracted from, it didn't have any PK Blue in-game trades in English.

So is there a location on here where I can get the English files for pokemon Blue in-game trades ?

That sucks, I'm not sure why some ppl placed several japanese saves on here
