WC3 Plugin in Tools is grayed out -
I understand that, but what do I do inside PKHex? I don't see anything in regards to actually putting the event in the game. What should I be looking for? Edit: I realize that in Tools there is WC3 plugin as an option but it is grayed out

I got 5 errors which basically all said that project.assets.json were missing and needed to use NuGet Restore. I can go to the manager of NuGet but no Restore options. What do I do?
