I've seen this issue with others, but can't find a solution anywhere. I'm playing Omega Ruby on citra and everything works except for the stuff in CRO. Meaning, I can't randomize my starters or static pokemon, but everything else is randomized correctly. What could cause/fix this issue? Forgot to mention: The game plays smoothly besides that.
