Aurori

I have the game randomized using PK3DS. The wild pokemon are randomized and trainers and so on, but for some reason the starters will not randomize whatsoever. It's still the regular ones even though I have changed this multiple times in PK3DS. Can anyone help please? I'm not sure why this isn't working at all.
