Im deep ingame(About to fight primal Groudon) in ORAS and I was wondering what would happen if I use pkhex to edit myself 2 mega bracelets. Would i be able to mega evolve two pokemon? I don't want to try it because I'm not sure if it would crash my game or not.

Yes. When you download it it should have a doc which lists the changes.
