    Hello! Apologies in advance if this is a very simple question or if it's posted in the wrong place. I just signed up today to try to learn how to edit NDS saves. I think I understand how it works for the most part, but again I'm new to all of this. I know you can edit CGear skins in pokemon gen 5 with PKhex, and I found how to do that [here]. I also want to change the skin on my pokedex. Trying to find how to edit a different pokedex skin, [here], it says I can only do that with an apparently Japanese program. I can't read Japanese. Is there another way to do this?
