Hyper GTS possibly game breaking problem

I used this hyper GTS to send over the event milotic UK, in the evnts database so assumed it would be ok but when I send it over it's stats were messed up (lvl 123) this reverts back to normal whne using a hp up or the like but the worst thing is it is in a ball capsule and i can find no way of removing it, it wont allow me to set a different one or put it in the pc the release it, is there anything that can be done?

It does that because the pokemon you traded over was a pc pokemon, if must be a party pokemon. I got a 255 Starmie once lol. To fix this get the seal case at the miltank farm in HGSS not sure about the others or trade it with someone that will remove the ball capsule.

How would I go about obtaining one of these level 255 Pokemon?

@ Veridis : deposit your Pokémon to the daycare, the capsule wil be removed.

I know that pkm editor I made a while back allows you add the party bytes to a pokemon. I don't know if any others have that feature. You can use it to make pc pokemon partly pokemon so you can use them with the gts programs without any problems.
