Due to the majority of Scizor, Heatran, Latias, Metagross, Infernape, Blissey, Skarmory, Forretress, Gengar (apparantly) being able to resist some of it's movesets (depending on what it is using) and counter it, it has less uses in OU. Err this is a bit sloppy, I'll explain it better later if you guys want. Btw Hidden Power-Fire beats Scizor, Forretress, and hurts Skarmory and Metagross (unfortunatly they can 1HKO it with any move that isn't not very effective) See the thing is Scizor can Bullet Punch for about 82%+. I think you should go with your Celebi idea, and also consider using Hidden Power-Fire or Earth Power somewere on there for Scizor and Forretress (other things aren't generally hurt enough to be 2-3HKO'd if it's a x2 super effective move) or Earth Power Heatran, Lucario, Metagross, and Infernape (Takes more from Psychic...)
