Riolu Aura Sphere Now Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Wow can't wait until the trio comes out. I really want the Suicune the most though. I already have the Celebi though, but I'm still going to get it...Yay Me!
amh7912 Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 The limit to one is dumb. I personally will try to find whatever means around it I can when it hits U.S. side. Also, I predicted the Celebi download wwaaayy back. Lastly, I had to read the end of the first paragraph a couple times. Is it supposed to say "It is currently unknown what Versions the trio will be distributed on."?
Galilee Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Hi, Celebi can be obtained on D/P/Pt/HG/SS [The scan in higher resolution show the 5 signs of the pokemon games. Raikou/Suicune/Entei can be obtained on any of those 5 versions or HG SS exclusive not sure. However, in Japan, you pre-order your ticket and you choose over-the-counter in the Pokemon Center which legendary dog you want to have; it does not depend on the version you have; you can obtain whatever dog on whatever version but only one per ticket. I'm not sure how will these 3 dogs be distributed in the US.
Riolu Aura Sphere Now Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 Personally I think that they might be released through out Johto or Kanto as roaming pokemon or they may be caught inside the Burned Tower.
wraith89 Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 The move distribution for the legendary beasts seems unfair to me. Raikou seems to get the most benefits, competitively. It even gets the very rare Aura Sphere. I guess people won't need to cheat for Hidden Power (or mass Soft Reset) and can just stick Raikou in a rain team to make Weather Ball into a water move to destroy Grounds. Suicune really didn't need any but Air Slash and Aqua Ring are more than welcome. Sheer Cold is fun of course but rarely hits for me and Articuno uses that better. Entei could use Morning Sun or Earthquake or something... but Crush Claw? Oh well, it can't be helped. At least Flare Blitz is there. Seeing how they're shiny that must mean they are nature locked too. I'll wait for Gen V to see if they get competitively viable and whatnot (I do not use legends anyways)... Nasty Plot Celebi sounds fun, but like Nasty Plot Mismagius, I think it's pretty overhyped and Calm Mind will do it better in the long run. Wait, what am I saying? Forget competitive battles. They're shiny (except for Celebi) and that's all that matters! Except... I think their regular forms look much better aside from Suicune =/ Their final move is Extremespeed... ooh! Entei with Extremespeed is going to be great! I still do not know what their natures are though. Only time will tell.
Guested Posted April 13, 2010 Posted April 13, 2010 If you want the CORRECT information about the three dogs ticket reservation distribution, you should read what I already posted in this forum a long time ago. The information in this post is incorrect. You should not use other fansites as a news source. Information which states the contrary to a couple things you said had been released on the official website quite some time ago. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?7444-Movie-13-Giveaway-Johto-trio&p=68565&viewfull=1#post68565 They will be distributable to ALL of the Gen IV versions.
