No it doesn't work on D/P/PL because every pokemon game has different set of codes, numbers and letters.

It only works on the US Version HG/SS.

hey names elkster. I was just wonder if anyone on here has found a fully functioning ar code that gives all tms and hms in pokemon heart gold or not.... since i did find a way to get from tm 5-92 with all hms but the tms 1-4 did not show up with it though.... the ar code that i used was:
