PKHeX is able to simulate transfers. The only issue is if you wanna send the simulated transfer into HOME for any reason; PKHeX is unable to assign HOME trackers. Said Mon will get rejected by HOME when it is meant to have a tracker but doesn’t. (This excludes entry into SWSH; it’s a risky loophole)
