Force spawn Surskit Swarm in Emerald

Hi all!

Want to catch Surskit in my emerald run but I can't be assed to deal with the RNG of trying to get swarms to spawn so I was wondering if there was a way to force one to happen in emerald with PKHex.

I found the SwarmIndex block in the Block Data option but thats as far as I got before I got lost. Any help would be wonderful

Did you do a record mixing with RZ?
