Help with Pokedex editing in Ultra Sun/Moon via PKHeX

I want to mass edit my Pokedex but only specific custom groups at a time with PKHeX. 
For example I want to edit every Male Non-Shiny Pokemon as caught.
Then reset that and make every Female Non-Shiny as caught.
Next, reset again and make every Male Shiny as caught, and so on.

 

As for now I can only modify these:

I can make them either Caught All, or None. Is there a way to catogorize them groups? It'll take forever to do it one by one manually.

Nope. 

PKHeX is open source so if you want some extremely one-off niche behavior, you can change it yourself.
